We had Erich Weber come to repair our fridge handle. He wasn’t told the exact details of what we needed but he was prepared and so fast! He was so nice and even loved on my pups. Allsouth is the best! Thank you Erich!

I highly recommend to verify all online prices before placing an order. In my recent experience, I had placed an order worth $719.70, only to discover 4 days later that the price was incorrect and had been updated to $1,799.00. So much for this statement "To ensure 100% satisfaction we will be contacting you shortly to confirm your order and to review your final price including any delivery costs that may apply."

I love All South. Everyone was very professional, but especially the delivery/installation crew Luke and Jaylen. I received my new Speed Queen washer and last week. They were on time, careful and concerned about tracking in my home since it had rained. Their installation and removal of my old set was quickly and carefully done. So impressed with their processes

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to choose one for this review to post. If I could, I would give AllSouth Huntsville a minus 10 stars. I moved into a new home this fall and purchased almost $30,000 of new appliances from AllSouth in Huntsville, AL. One of my KitchenAid dishwashers malfunctioned immediately. AllSouth sent a serviceman to repair the machine. He said it needed a gasket that would have to be ordered. It took 2 months for the gasket to arrive. I was extremely patient about this extended time interval of having a non-functional dishwasher but it was a second machine for me and I did not want to make a problem for the company when it was not a major problem for me. When the serviceman came to finally repair the machine, he discovered other problems and said that the machine would have to be replaced. This was a Friday morning and I asked him to PLEASE relay a message to the Huntsville AllSouth manager to give me a call by the afternoon so that we could arrange whatever needed to be done. It was important that I have a schedule because I have been recently diagnosed with cancer and would be receiving daily radiation therapy. Five days later and the Huntsville manager has still not called me. I contacted the AllSouth CEO by email and I have not heard back. At this point, I suspect that I will have to get in touch with KitchenAid and let them know that AllSouth is an extremely poor representative of their brand. I cannot stress enough that AllSouth Huntsville should be avoided at all costs. They sold me a defective machine and have made NO efforts to correct the situation. At this point, I suspect my only options are to pursue legal remedies.

Delivery was on time,competent and professional. Our delivery professional was Nick Wolf. Thanks for the good work. Good company.

Dishwasher was damaged when installed. Now it’s leaking. A technician was sent out to “fix” it but it’s still leaking.

Nice people but showroom was in disrepair.

Purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from the Huntsville store and the salesman (Marquez) was very nice and he was knowledgeable about various washer/dryer brands and their features. The set was delivered and setup today (5/26/2022) as scheduled. The delivery guys (Earl and Luke) called ahead and worked together well to get the old units out and the new units in even while it was raining. Once the washer and dryer were installed they ran both to be sure everything was functioning. Very happy with the experience.

This is a month late but I can’t thank Jeremy jones enough. We bought a washer and dryer and came back to get our fridge because of this man. Please never feel intimidated to go in there this man knows his stuff and and is super helpful when it comes to narrowing down your choices. Because let’s face it, you never walk into choosing appliances with just one choice. And the best thing was he did it with no pressure and his help was definitely no driven by us choosing a cheaper appliance. He listened to our needs and gave us his honest opinion. I can’t leave out their delivery crew. I think one man’s name was Robert but I can’t find the cards they gave me. They were amazing on both deliveries, they were either early or at the beginning of the delivery window and were super respectful.

If you are looking for great customer service please let this store be the last place you go. No customer service.😩
