They even vacuumed up the assembly area, stickered over the hardware, and added the mattress - truly excellent white glove service. Alex and Paul were our delivery/assembly team. They arrived at the agreed upon time and within minutes had everything unloaded and were assembling the bed. It was readily apparent they had done this before and had it dialed in.
Alex explained everything they were doing step-by-step. The mattress we ordered had not yet arrived so we really didn’t know the amount of tension it would required to raise and lower the platform. When we purchased the mattress, the dealer estimated the weight at 150 pounds max, so we went with that. In case the mattress was heavier than we expected, Paul left us an extra set of tension springs along with a tension adjustment tool and demonstrated how to install the springs and how adjust them. He said to call the shop if we needed further guidance or the next time a team member was in our area they would drop by and fine tune the tension.
To ensure the bed fit perfectly flat against the wall, the base board were notched to allow the frame to seat properly. The cuts were clean and precise. Any sawdust, packing materials or anything they may have tracked in were cleaned up immediately.
From arrival to departure was less than 2 hours. Other than the hand-crafted Murphy bed occupying a previously vacant spot, you would never know they were there. Courteous, experienced, friendly and professional.
The bed fits perfectly into the space it was designed for and it is a handsome piece of furniture. Murphy Bed Studios, you are a class act and you delivered everything you promised !!!

They were super easy to work with and install was a breeze. I debated on trying to save a buck by ordering from Amazon and setting up myself. Once you start to read the Amazon reviews you’ll realize you need to work with someone local. Ordered and is stalled in less than 24 hours!
I had a bed made for my new home in summer of 2024. The staff at Murphy Bed Studios were exceptional, from Yuliya at the front service desk to the workers and installers. The furniture was exactly as ordered and the installers went beyond expectations to make it fit perfectly. They even moved an electrical outlet from a location that was been blocked by the murphy bed to the inside of the murphy bed cabinet. And they insisted on taking a shelf back to the shop for a minor adjustment to make it perfect, even though I said it was OK as it was. The installed bed is beautiful and works perfectly. I am 76 years old and rather small, yet I find it easy to stand it up for storage or let it down for sleeping. I haven't met any wood workers in a long time who were so committed to excellence. I already have another project planned for them.
