Technicians Daniel & Alex came over and did full AC duct cleaning. They did a great job n wrapped the whole place and did not leave a mess behind. Very professional n very friendly. 10/10

There was a minor leak left after the first visit, but once I reported it, they came back promptly and fixed it with no extra charge. I appreciate that they truly care about their customers.

Unfortunately, they take zero liability on a popped AC actuator they installed Aug 2024, causing major damages to our master bathroom. Mr Fixer is insisting it had 3 month warranty only. I would expect, if we pay for major AC maintenance & change all 5 units, to take some sort of ownership. This very same unit showed a defect already 2 months ago, they charged us for rectification then and now charging us again to fix all these damages. Very disappointed
Update: after initial assessment, an old actuator unit failed, the one that was paid for and supposed to be replaced by Mr Fixer in 2024. Again, Mr Fixer does not take responsibility, insinuating that we changed the new unit ourselves to an old one between Aug 2024 and now as seen on their report :-) how would an old actuator, matching the previous gen originally installed reappear? It doesn’t even come to Mr Fixers thought process, that they might have missed to replace it back then… it’s a finger pointing attitude where Mr fixer bluntly blames the customer, regardless of how illogical that all is.
I hired Mr Fixer for a variety of home maintenance services, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and thorough. Technical engineer Richard is very knowledgeable and the entire team are well organized from back office to technical team!
Mr. Fixer Home Maintenance is fantastic! They fixed a couple of things around the house, and everything was done right. The team was professional and worked fast. Definitely my go-to for any future repairs!
