Moore Mechanical responded promptly to our request for an estimate to install central air conditioning, and Jesse was so knowledgeable and professional, and the estimate was so reasonable, we decided to go with them. Our experience with the installation was very pleasant. The installers, Danny, David and Sebastian, were great. They were friendly, considerate, and courteous, and got right to work. They were really experienced and knew exactly what to do when problems arose. The job was completed in less than a day, and Danny explained what they did and how our new system worked. He even checked our heating system because we mentioned a problem with air flow to some rooms, and they made adjustments to that which will be a significant improvement next winter. And the new air conditioning system works great!

Moore Technician Ryan Jair was excellent. Diagnosed a failed capacitor due to extreme heat, repaired and confirmed AC operation in a timely manner. Moore Mechanical installed new system in 2020 - very happy with system performance and operation. Service is also excellent - they are very busy but willingly to wait until they are available.

Great service by Ulises. He replaced the part and fixed our Carrier AC unit in the same visit. Ulises is a professional and skilled tech. Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning is Carrier Authorized. Everything is paperless and easy. Due to their service being in high demand especially at this time of the year, the earliest appointment for us was one week later. However, Ulises fixed our AC unit in one visit as he has the replacement part with him in the company's van. No hesitation in recommending Ulises and Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone. Thank you Ulises and Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning. Keep up the good work

Ron has been fantastic - he listened carefully to my description of the problem and immediately realized what the issue was. He quickly replaced the faulty part, and the system was running again. Furthermore, he patiently answered the numerous questions I had - e.g., why this happened and how to prevent it in the future, and took notes about the rest of the system in case I need any help in the future. We were dying of heat when Shawn came the same day as our call for help. The fees to fix it were less than $500.00. He’s been gone 20 minutes & the temp is already 78 degrees! Conclusion: Not cooling at all to nice & cold; one day service; $99.00 diagnosis fee waived since we authorized same day service; and a tech who dearly loved his job!! THAT’s WHAT WE GOT TODAY.
