Got robbed by moonhaus I sent moonhaus 70 dollars by etransfer and they never sent me my product. There is basically no customer service. It's a total scam. DO NOT SEND your money to these ppl unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Trash Scam Made an order, not only did they send the wrong size product, they are all bunk and don't work. I received my order within a week Don't waste your time on their garbage tis but a scam. I bought 3 different products with no good results. Took a gamble and it was a bust, don't waste your time.

Terrible communication, no packages have shipped yet and I ordered days ago I ordered on Sunday the 22nd of September and my order still hasn’t shipped. I got the shipping number but it says no item found and then I wanted to make another order money so I did and neither of my packages have shipped. Not too happy about this but they have been communicating somewhat like once or twice a day lol

Don't trust the bad reviews. Placed my first order and it came 2 days later. Super fast and top quality products! If anyone is skeptical about ordering just remember to follow the instructions properly and everything will be good to go. I honestly think the negative reviews are from people who don't follow instructions. Thank you once again MH! :)

LEGIT but read my review. I had written a few mixed reviews about these guys and now have come to my final co conclusion. THEY ARE LEGIT, but have some bizarre processes in place so you should keep proof of payment (email from interac that says the etransfer was deposited) in case it is needed and expect to wait 1-3 days for your order to ship. Once shipped I get my order in 2 business days usually and the product is great. Their prices and selection keep improving too.

Buyer beware I put an order in on the 4th of august and it is now the 19 they will seletivley scam you out of money it is playing russian roulet with this company do not bother with this sit you may get your order or they may play the game of asking you to confirm payment which i can confirm if your order is still onhold after a week you where scammed and they say they will give you a confirmation email in 24 hours never happened this happend several times on this site stay away from this site iam out 244 dollars thanks to them do not buy from them I went onto another sites that says they selectivley scam you , you may be lucky or you maybe like some other folks like myself . Bloody jerks

Had a bumpy stretch but now they're good Awesome experience with moonhaus! Yes they've had stretches where they didn't answer my e-mails and I had to get through to them with the review site, but now they've turned it around! They have come through every single time. Honest review, Moonhaus FTW!!!

Order 11094 Order 11094 sent emails multiple times with proof of payment. Company never responded. Stole 188.50 from me.

MH is not a scam Moonhaus is amazing over ordered over 12 times all my packages have came and nothings been forgotten shipping can take 2 weeks if there having troubles but shipping usually takes 3-7 days amazing site everything is pure and tested

Ordered and never received my order. Spent $300 and no one will return my multiple emails. I ordered the first time and got it and then my 2nd order never got it!

Had to write a new review There’s been some ups and downs with moonhaus shipping wise but ultimately ive always got what i ordered. Lately they’ve been pretty fast on shipping and fairly responsive in the customer service chat. Products are A1 fr, I mostly get anxiety meds but what they call a kitty flip brought me into the fifth dimension definitely quality stuff. Keep up the good service moonhaus and consider some sales on xans and percs plzzz 😂

From 5 star to 1 star Last season this was my goto. Always helpfuk always respectful and always quick. My first order for this season and it was nothing but problems and rude responses from cs straught from the start. It will be the last time i order with them. All the issues were on their end yet they made me fix them. They didnt know what email i sent my payment to harrassed me 6 times in one nigbt to send them the email address i told then they would grt it in the.morning but still more emails came in from them all night long. Made me pay thenpayment twice because they couldnt find it even after providing them screenshita and emails thatbthe payment was made. Not sure what happened over the winter butnforgr tit way better places with better prices that you can order from. PLUR

Awful First Experience Very first order. Sent the funds once, they had an issue with their auto-deposit, so I cancelled the transaction and sent again. Now they have my money and they aren’t willing to send it back OR send my order. Save your money. Go somewhere else

How will i know when replacement will ship About faulty Order # 10116 by ufowatcher420@gmail.com About replacement .5 footballs. How will i know when they will be sent out and how long will it take to get a tracking number cause ive been missing work and need them asap for my panic attacks, please help so i become customer to you again.
