We did not hire them, but from the price, they are not a company to hire for a small job. We got a quote for a simple repair project, the quote was outrageously high- over 1K. We had a VERY tiny section that needed the shingles fixed, but they quoted for a much larger section. Sounds like they don't want to help people with small jobs, but I wish they would screen calls over the phone instead of waisting both our times. They also said they didn't have a ladder because we were a two story home and it was "high up". Our house is an average height, so I don't understand why they made it seem like ours was out of the norm. They used a drone camera instead.

I was impressed with Modern Exterior Roofing from beginning to end. First of all they have excellent reviews. Halley came to my home and took pictures of cracks, missing nails on vents, missing chimney cap among other things. Not only did she take pictures but next to each picture was an explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done and what would happen if it wasn’t corrected. The roof looks 100% better and I received after pictures to prove it. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and the work was finished in a timely manner. Rolando fixed everything and when he was done everything was cleared away then he sent the pictures to my phone. I highly recommend Modern Exterior.

I recently had Modern Exterior handle my shingle repair and new gutter installation, and overall, I’m very pleased with the work. The team was professional and communicated well throughout the process. Their pricing is competitive and they use quality materials. I have used them twice already for two different home improvement jobs and would definitely recommend them.

Modern Exterior is a very good company with quality work, reasonable price and very quick response to customer’ s request. The people from the company is very helpful. I highly recommend the company products and services.

Nothing more than a flashy marketing company. Modern Exteriors "patched" our flat roof, to the tune of $3700 dollars. The roof leaked a month or so later and re-damaged my interior. All the repairs inside were essentially ruined. When I contacted the owner of the company, Tyler, he said his insurance wouldn't cover the inside and they weren't responsible for the damage caused by the leaky roof because they "recommended a full replacement" It leaked in the exact same spot. Last I checked, a roof protects the inside. How can you claim no responsibility? While he did send someone to re-do the work, it leaked again, a second time post-patch. When I asked for a refund, I was also told they don't do that but they'd suggest a whole roof replacement. What a ridiculous approach. They were happy to take my money the first time, but then claim it's necessary to do the whole thing. Why accept the job and money if you don't trust your own work? They take no accountability, don't do good work, and refuse to make things right. Look elsewhere- find someone who is reputable, stands behind their work, and has been in business longer. I've since had another company come and patch things again, free of charge, because they felt bad about how Modern Exteriors treated us. Pathetic when a local competitors is willing to help for no cost after you take advantage of people. They also were the ONLY company of several to suggest a PVC instead of EPDM roof when we decided it was best to get a whole new roof... sounds like an opportunity for more profit. Don't be an idiot, choose someone else.

Best company to work with. William, or Will, the sales advisor had excellent customer service. He made the whole new roof experience a trusting one. Great value roofing products and an excellent, respectful, skillful roofing team. I am so thankful to have worked with this company and would use them again. No games. All quality.
