All of the team at Mark Henderson’s Carpets were fantastic to work with, from help in the showroom (Mark and Virginia), onsite measuring (Andy), installation scheduling (Aeron) and installation (Jason and colleague). They helped to select the right type of carpet for our needs and provided expert guidance with colour selection. They showed patience with delayed installation from our side. Installation was flawless. A very transparent and stress-free process from start to finish and all were a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I are thrilled with the solution dyed carpet laid throughout our home last week. The colour is exactly as per the sample and it is a dream to walk on - so soft. Thank you Aeron for the samples you selected in different price ranges within the colour scheme we wanted. The installers Scott and Roger are obviously experts in their trade and did a first rate job as well as being extremely pleasant to deal with. How they managed to shift some of the heavy furniture was amazing. Thank you Mark Henderson and team for making us so happy with both your product and professional service.

When it became time for us to renew our whole house carpet, we really didn’t know where to start. A friend recommended Mark Henderson Carpets to us and we decided to start there. After several quotes we ended up back at Marks. The range and styles they have in the showroom are amazing and we had all the choice we could ever need. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made it so easy to figure out the type and composition to meet our needs and the range to choose from was great. Fantastic information and knowledge about the product and the fact installation is completely handled by the team made our decision a breeze. Install time was as stated and the installation team smashed it. Very friendly and accommodating and the finished product installed looks amazing and feels so good underfoot. I would highly recommend the team at Mark Hendersons, the whole experience was a no drama job from start to finish and the installation team did an excellent job of moving all the furniture in and out. The Henderson carpet laying team of Scott and Roger were really fabulous; I found them very easy to talk to and discuss the laying program. I think I got the best carpet layer in Scott, I could not have wished for more, due to his great knowledge (and math) he was able to work out the best use of the carpet, the best way to work out a difficult/not straight forward situation and discuss with me so that I could understand possible alternatives, and then we could talk about what was probably the best way forward. It was so worth me sitting here like a lounge lizard for those 2 days, as I was there to discuss any variance that came up with regard to how to lay the carpet in those awkward places; and with this unit, there were several. I am so, so happy with the installation and the end result.
