Our family had a great two days fishing for Sockeye in July. Mark, Sam, Ian, and Clayton were all great. We had young kids and adults in their 70's, and all were kept safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Alaska Fishing Experience
This was my third trip to Alaska for fishing, and once again Mark and his team made it an incredible experience! This time we brought 12 people from our company, and they handled our entire group exceptionally well. Everyone was accommodated, everyone was taken care of, and everything was organized from the time we arrived until we left. The accommodations are first class, with great cabins, docks right there, and fishing literally out the back. The guides were outstanding—knowledgeable, hardworking, and some of the best up and down the river. They knew where to go, how to put us on fish, and made sure everyone in our group had a great experience. They also handled processing our fish, which made everything incredibly easy. Mark is really what makes the whole experience special. He takes care of the details, surrounds himself with great people, and genuinely wants everyone to have an amazing trip. Taking care of 12 people on a company trip isn’t easy, but they absolutely delivered. Great fishing, great accommodations, great guides, and an all-around first-class operation. We’ll definitely be back!
Best Alaskan Guide around
Spent 6 days fishing with mark and his team of guides. They are excellent and put us on the fish. He even helped us fly into crescent lake and catch silvers and see bears. A wonderful bonus on top of a great week fishing. Thank you mark - your team does not disappoint. See you next year

Mark Glassmaker and his team are the fish whisperers of the Kenai River. If anyone is catching fish, it will be Mark’s team. If anyone is catching the biggest fish, it will also be Mark’s team. The rest of the river is probably just wondering what Mark knows that they don’t.
We caught hundreds of trout, along with steelhead and silver salmon. At one point, catching fish almost started to feel like work—but it was the kind of overtime nobody complains about!
Mark is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to treat his clients. If you’re a beginner, he’ll have you catching fish like you know what you’re doing. If you’re an expert, prepare to discover that you may not know quite as much as you thought—you’ll still learn something from his techniques.
If you want an unforgettable trip on the Kenai River, book Mark Glassmaker and his team. Bring a camera, a strong casting arm, and enough energy to keep reeling them in!

Mark and his guides gave our group a great experience on the river. Even taught a few first timers all they needed to know for fly fishing and all had a great time. Guides are friendly and give great tips and lessons.

Mark and his team are a good fishing charter. Mark has been able to accommodate us for a Sunday fishing trip on th Kenai River. Logan was our great guide for a morning trip. We leave with memorable souvenirs.

Mark and his team are without a doubt , the best guided salmon fishing team we have used in the last 6 yrs. We go with them once yearly on our first day of the sockeye fishing trip to Soldotna in mid to late July, so the newbies with us can learn the Kenai Flip and proper fish fighting techniques. Clayton is a very good teacher and very professional in his craft. Eager to answer all our questions based on his great knowledge. The boats are spotless and reliable besides being very comfortable. Cindy does the scheduling etc and is prompt to reply when questions arise. They now offer fish processing so it all handled in-house, smooth and reliable. Planning to fish with them again 7/2027. Highly Recommended.

We’ve been fishing with tours for the past two summers, including a halibut trip out of Homer and five salmon trips on different rivers around Soldotna. This most recent trip, we decided to stay on their property and use their fish processing, and it was AMAZING!
The lodging was clean, comfortable, and tidy, and we absolutely loved the location right on the river. The fish processing was quick, affordable, and incredibly convenient.
Cindy is has great communication to ensure everything goes smoothly.
After multiple trips and experiences with them, we’ve been consistently impressed. 10 stars if I could!
