Simon has been our property manager for about 2 years. In that time in addition to managing our building he has sorted out many 'leftover' issues. He has also dealt very capably with emergencies and he's generally efficient and responds quickly. In fact I try not to draft messages to him on the weekends anymore because even after good natured scoulding he still responds on the weekends and late into the evenings.
