This company stole my money. I do not think they are real. This is a SCAM. In July I sent a deposit for my door and custom paint. The day of install there was a no show and they claimed car trouble. There was a reschedule after I had to follow up multiple times they no showed on that date too. I get responses to my texts with excuses and after asking for my money back for over 2 months have not received it. I am reporting them to all outlets.

Chris and his team at Metro Cellar Door did a great job installing our new cellar door. The old door was heavy and ill fitting. Because of the dimensions and slope of the door they had to do some additional maneuvering of pipes and placement of the door. The new look is much cleaner and easier to open. Thanks Chris and team.

Chris and his team were amazing. They took my old, rusted doors and were able to lower them to a more manageable height, replace with more functional doors, and paint them the exact color I wanted. They were clean, quick, respectful, and very reasonably priced! Definitely would look to use them again!

My cellar door was in bad shape, leaking so bad, drafty and was able to see daylight the the rust holes. Bilco pro door came and replaced the entire set up at a great price! I’m very happy with their courtesy and professionalism and they left the area spotless!!! 5 star would recommend to friends and family! Would definitely use them again (but they did such a great job I doubt I’d need them)!

Chris is an excellent mechanic. He removed the old Bilco door I had, and perfectly installed the new one. Also a Bilco door. For a very reasonable cost. He also carted away all parts from the old door. Which was a great convenience that I didn’t even expect.
