I had my full body MRI scan here. I had already researched their reputation via customer reviews and professional standards organisations. I also made sure that they used the most powerful MRI scanner, which gives clearer images and cuts down on scanning time. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient, the clinic was spotless, there were no delays and I was made to feel very comfortable. I was also gifted the lovely soft pyjamas I was given to wear; a lovely finishing touch. Undoubtedly the first choice for anyone.

Amazing experience. I would like to recommend this team for their excellent support. I required an urgent MRI today, and within minutes, Helai assisted me in organising. The MRI was completed within a few hours, and we have already received access to the results. Such a level of service is rarely experienced even in private healthcare. Waited because of nhs. Lost time and my health get worse. Medneo is not so cheap but worth EVERY pounds. Got detailed results within 40 hours of the scan. This is the best 'investment' I did for myself so far. I Wish I was here earlier. Luxury feeling. Easy to communicate. No waiting. Strongly recommend it. Please dont hesitate. This is the correct center. Respectful staff and kind in the mri part. Thank you!

Amazing customer service from start to finish for my MRI. I went in privately and as self pay. I was able to book bery quickly for an appointment and the recwptionist was very helpful regarding all my questions before booking my appointment. I had Dayo and Roley as my radiographers. They were very friendly, calm and made me feel at ease. They went through all the steps and kept checking in on me throughout. Luckily I'm not claustrophobic so I was able to have a cheeky nap and got to select my own music which made the time go super quick! Thankyou :)

Great company and experience . I have had terrible hip pain for a year with no help from my gp. I was able to book a scan within a day and at a reduced price for a Sunday . I was able to get my results a day later along with speaking to a doctor to understand what my issues are. Was a positive experience in circumstances where I was anxious and in pain . I would recommend them to any one looking to self fund a scan .

Had an abdominal and pelvic scan as I've been told by the NHS they will not investigate my severe pain I've had for the last few years with any MRI. I wanted someone to actually find out why I'm in pain. No results just yet via the private doctor but I just want to recommend this lovely service. The assistant and radiographer were so lovely. Nothing was rushed and everything felt very thorough and was performed with a smile. Nervousness is a huge part of an mri for many people but I couldn't have been looked after any better.

I was extremely disappointed with the way my recent procedure at Medneo MRI was handled by Denise Orlandini. As a private healthcare provider, I expected a high level of professionalism and care, but this experience fell far short. The attitude and conduct displayed were not only unprofessional but also made me feel undervalued as a patient. This is not the standard of service I would expect from a private organization. I hope Medneo MRI takes this feedback seriously and ensures such behavior does not occur again. While I prefer to remain anonymous, I believe it’s important for others to be aware of this experience.
