I went for an MRI of my right knee and Andrew made the experience so nice and relaxing. He explained the process clearly, asked if I was comfortable, played music while the imaging happened. Honestly, it went by fast and left relaxed and happy. Clean and organised centre. Thanks Andrew!
Had an abdominal and pelvic scan as I've been told by the NHS they will not investigate my severe pain I've had for the last few years with any MRI. I wanted someone to actually find out why I'm in pain. No results just yet via the private doctor but I just want to recommend this lovely service. The assistant and radiographer were so lovely. Nothing was rushed and everything felt very thorough and was performed with a smile. Nervousness is a huge part of an mri for many people but I couldn't have been looked after any better.

I was extremely disappointed with the way my recent procedure at Medneo MRI was handled by Denise Orlandini. As a private healthcare provider, I expected a high level of professionalism and care, but this experience fell far short.
The attitude and conduct displayed were not only unprofessional but also made me feel undervalued as a patient. This is not the standard of service I would expect from a private organization.
I hope Medneo MRI takes this feedback seriously and ensures such behavior does not occur again. While I prefer to remain anonymous, I believe it’s important for others to be aware of this experience.

I had such a positive experience at the Medneo Imaging Centre for a Pelvic MRI scan.
After almost 2 years of receiving relatively no explanation for my chronic pelvic pain from the NHS, I decided to look at going privately for answers.
I am so glad I found this clinic, the staff are all so friendly, helpful and efficient. I felt so at ease going in for my scan, it was extremely thorough and I left feeling at ease.
I received my results very quickly and finally have an explanation for my pain, it's enabled me to understand where I need to go next for further care.
The radiographers are so kind but also some of the best and most qualified in the country.
I'm extremely grateful to have taken the leap and visited, thank you.

This was my first ever MRI Scan, a fully body at that. I received a phone call a few days before my appointment to asj a few questions and to book me in. I then received a text message with the confirmation and a link to know what to expect.
At my appointment, both the staff at reception and the radiologist were lovely and professional. There were tea & coffee available. Just before the scan started, I was securely strapped in and was told to lay very still. Ear plugs and headphones were provided with the music of my choice. After my scan I was handed paperwork with a link to see my scans (which I had no idea what I was looking at by the way lol) and I found it very interesting. Overall I would highly recommend their services.

I know any MRI will never be comfortable. However I felt the staff did very little to ensure I felt as relaxed as possible. I had never had one before, and I was never informed by the staff before hand of how still I need to be during the scan. The condition I was being scanned for made lying in that position very painful. Mid scan the staff member expressed to me suddenly and frustratedly that I “had to stop moving otherwise what is the point in this?”. This happened after having the cannula mis inserted about 3 times which added to my distress having discomfort in both arms. Before the scan I filled in a form where I disclosed I had a discreet tattoo. After the scan I asked why the form asked about tattoos since I ticked yes and no one had questioned it. I was informed that colour tattoos can sometimes cause problems with MRI scans. Luckily mine is not coloured, but if it had been, it worried me that they would have proceeded with the MRI without checking if it was safe for my skin to go inside. I have so much respect for healthcare workers. But overall I felt very rushed in and out as they were behind time, which lead to me having a pretty poor and distressing experience.

The Receptionists were courteous and very helpful. They kept me informed on my request to have the MRI done on that day. The gentleman and lady radiographers who did the scan were super nice and they made me feel very comfortable. All in all it was a good experience under the circumstances.
