So glad we found MBS in 2021! They set up QBO so I can track my growing construction business and know exactly where my money’s going at all times. They take time to explain financial statements and answer questions so I understand what’s going on in my business. They even send Loom videos to walk me through reports or answer questions! I run a small junk removal business and I’ve been doing everything myself for years. My business is growing and I just don’t have the time and expertise to handle a larger accounting system. I tried other accountants and I just never got the service at a level that Cassidy and his firm provide. Cassidy is a serious professional and treats his clients with over the top service. He has even hopped on a zoom meeting with me to go over details on a Sunday!!! I run my business the same way and to me, that tells me a lot about the true dedication he has. His team is excellent! Maggie, whom I’ve had the pleasure to speak with is very caring and very attentive when it comes to handling business. I was scared to try a firm that would just have me send docs and leave me hanging in the air when I need help. Not these guys! They are really there to help.
