After Utax had withdrawn their support from the UK, Stephen put together a new proposal for brand new HP machines at the same cost. Within 2 weeks of accepting the proposal the machines were delivered and installed, and the old machines taken away in only a couple of hours. Great service all round!

We use Mastercopy for our office printer and on Friday at 4.30pm a fault developed where we couldn't print anything off. We called Mastercopy and they were very fast to help us and sent someone out straight away to sort the issue. Great service and fast acting, especially late on a Friday afternoon :) would recommend this company as they are very helpful.
