Martins Carpets carried out a first class installation of carpets to two areas and quality covering to the kitchen floor. From initial enquiry to installation Martin and his son worked with a great degree of professionalism. I fully recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

Delighted with my new flooring. Martin turned up on time, he has made a lovely job of laying the floor and ensured everywhere left clean and tidy afterwards. Even helped me move a unit back into the room before leaving-that’s service for you. It’s not the first time I’ve used him and I do highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Martin’s Carpets to anyone. Martin came round to quote for a new carpet for our stairs and landing at our home in Wymondham. My wife finds it stressful making decisions about colours, styles, etc but Martin took the time to help her make a selections she was happy with. On the weekend before the carpet was due to be fitted we took up the old stairs carpet so we could paint the woodwork. I left the gripper rods in place as I though they would be OK to use again. After a bit of consideration Martin decided to replace them because they weren’t quite long enough for a perfect fit. In his words “I’ve rather replace them, so I know it’s been fitted correctly”. When you hear that kind of thing you know you’ll be happy with the end result and we are. Yet another five star review.

I have used major retailers before, but this is more personal! We needed to trust a fitter to carpet a town house without us being present. The choice of carpet, speed of removal of old carpet & fitting of new one, was done promptly & in a highly professional manner. Nothing was missed by Martin & his team, who went above & beyond. In today's world where many tradesmen can let you down, I would would not hesitate to recommend this one!

Martin and Joshua came and installed my carpets about 2 years ago. They were fantastic. They did an amazing job on the carpets and as i was DIYing other renovations at the time (with not a lot of experience) Martin took the time to chat and gave me a lot of valuable advice. Fast forward a couple of years -After some bathroom renovations i was trying to hoover down the side of the carpet on my landing and foolishly managed to dislodge it from the gripper, i couldnt get it back on so called upon Martin for some advice. Martin was round straight away to stick it back down for me even though it was entirely my fault. This is a business that stands behind their product and goes above and beyond to exceed their customer's expectations. If i needed any floor installed in the Norwich area, i would not even consider anyone else. Thanks Martin and Joshua.

Three years ago Martin fitted all carpets in a three bedroom house, These have proved to be a great choice. Recently a tenant spilt something on the hall way carpet and pulled it up. Martin re-layed the carpet and fitted wider door threshold bars to overcome the tenants damage, A great fit for purpose economical solution. Martin as always was quick to respond, very professional and a pleasure to work with. I wish all firms were this responsive.

We are delighted with our new hall and lounge carpets which Martin and Joshua fitted last week. They work to a very high standard and help with everything from moving furniture to removing and disposing of the old carpets. Everything was left clean and tidy after they finished. July 2024- Martin and Josh prepared the floors and laid all the carpets in my son’s flat in July. He is so pleased with them. Wonderful job! Thank you. Be seeing you again soon. 😀 January 2024- I was really nervous about replacing our living room carpet but after meeting Martin and discussing what was suitable for our needs and how things could be done I felt so much happier about it. On the day the carpet was laid Martin and Joshua made everything go so smoothly and calmly. They moved our furniture, removed the worn out carpet, cleaned everything up before starting on laying the new carpet then they put the furniture back and all done in 6 hours! When they had finished and I saw the new carpet all fitted it was beautiful! I still can’t believe the difference it has made to our living room. We really couldn’t have done it with their help and we are very grateful. Even their choice of music to work to was great!
