Brilliant service, they helped me massively when it came to advice and securing a mortgage. My adviser was very helpful and made sure I had everything sorted including after I moved in. I would definitely recommend mallard mortgages to anybody who was going for a house.

What can we say……
Ben at Mallard has been absolutely fantastic !!!!
Weve had a tough time over the past two years trying to sell our house and having to renew various mortgage offers etc and Ben has been nothing but brilliant. So helpful and efficient in everything he has done for us we couldnt of asked for a better mortgage advisor. We would recommend him every day of the week. Excellent!!!

We have used Mallard Mortgage twice now and they are amazing. Janine in particular was brilliant chasing solicitors the whole way through the process to keep things moving - she is first class and takes a lot of the stress away! We will continue to use Mallard Mortgages should we chose to move again in the future!

As someone who has been with the same provider since buying our first house I was taken aback when they declined my application for further borrowing on our property. I contacted Della and talked through what I was looking for. She was amazing - the same day I had a Decision in Principle from another high street lender and we started the ball rolling to Remortgage. The process was simple, the online system for collecting documents was easy to navigate and quick. The solicitors she recommended were appointed and their app was just as easy. I don't know why I hadn't considered this earlier. The support from Janine was fantastic - each time I thought 'i'll chase that today' I logged on and Janine had already done it! The whole process was smooth, trouble free and efficient. I will be recommending Mallard Mortgages to anyone who will listen. Thank you for time and hard work - it is much appreciated.

Troy has helped me secure my first mortgage for my first house and has been really helpful and supportive. Both him and Janine kept in regular contact with me and helped me to secure extra services I needed (which was really helpful as I have never been through the process before). Sean at Mallard Mortgages has been a pillar of strength and a wealth of knowledge. As first time buyers, when we first started this process, it was all very confusing and a little overwhelming. We went to visit Sean at his office, and an hour later we were leaving with a mortgage application in progress, life insurance, details of a will writer, and a very clear path to take.
As I write this, the outcome of our attempt to buy our council house is somewhat uncertain due to some pesky mineshafts. But this is an unpredictable situation that is completely out of anyone's control.
We are by no means a big customer, but Sean treated us as though we were. He has gone above and beyond what would be expected under normal circumstances, and regardless of the outcome, I would highly recommend Sean to anyone in need of assistance from a professional it his field.

Della and her team provide a superb mortgage service. Attentive, speedy and friendly; a real pleasure to deal with. I had a Decision in Principle within minutes and as the property purchase proceeded they kept right up to date with improved interest rate products coming to market and constantly updated so that we had the best possible deal on completion day.
