I have used Allen Home Services many times at a not for profit where I volunteer and have been very pleased with their electrical and plumbing services. I just hired them to install a new chandelier at my home and they were excellent again. Quick and perfect job completed.

I called because I thought had a problem with my water heater. The bottom of the panel had rust. So I was concerned. I asked them to come out and see if it needed to have a new element or a new water heater. Much to my pleasant surprise it didn’t need anything. We think it was because the water heater was turned up to high. The gentleman that came was clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

Couldn’t be happier. The service was friendly and outstanding. Gave me some pointers to improve the AC efficiency and didn’t pressure me into purchases items that will eventually need to be done but aren’t an issue now.
