I absolutely loved my experience! Deirdre came for our initial cleaning and after switching from other cleaning companies (would not recommend two maids from that specifically) it was SUCH a pleasant surprise. She was absolutely amazing and thorough. I hope she comes back for our next scheduled cleaning or that we get someone just as wonderful as her.

We use MaidPro as our house keeper. Lauren is our regular Pro and she consistently does an outstanding job we wouldn't trade her for anything. This past cleaning Terri was the other Pro and she also did an excellent job. My wife and I strongly recommend MaidPro.

Paid for a move out clean and they didn’t clean windows to “avoid breakage” from their customer service. Under that logic not sure how they can clean a mirror too. Felt like lip service. They also were not transparent about worker hours either and uncharged me on a very clean home to start. Estimated 7.5 hours and then mid service they requested 1 more hour even. Cleaners then left 30 minutes early somehow. Avoid this company, plenty of other options, zero customer service.

To address your concerns, our policy is not to clean windows as we believe it is best handled by professional window cleaning companies as that is their specialty. However, we do clean window sills and window frames as part of our service. Regarding the estimate for the cleaning time, we provide an initial estimate based on the information available to us before seeing the home. The actual time required may vary depending on the unique conditions of each home. If additional time is needed, we always reach out for approval to ensure transparency and avoid any surprises. For your service, our records indicate that you were only charged the original quote of 7.5 cleaning hours. You requested an additional empty fridge cleaning on the day of service, which has not been charged yet. Our time clock and location tracker indicated both cleaning professionals cleaned for 5.25 hours each, totaling 10.5 cleaning hours. We did not charge you for the 3 extra hours needed to finish the clean. We conducted a complimentary re-service, and we are pleased to hear that the new resident is happy with the results. We are committed to delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding as we worked to resolve the issue. As the owner, I take our service excellence very personally and have reached out to you a couple of times. Please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything I can do to further assist.
