My husband and I purchased a home in Sarasota in the Spring of 2022.
We knew we would not be moving to Florida until the winter.
A Home Watch contact was thus essential.
Through word to mouth recommendations we found Lucky's Concierge Connection.and he was hired for the Home Watch.
His weekly reports were steady. and very detailed,, covering all aspects of our residence, as well as one-acre property.
He actually became the Project Manager for our renovations which were significant.
On our monthly visits to Sarasota to check on our project, he was there to pick up at the airport but most importantly to transport us around town for all our meetings
We highly recommend him.

I use Lucky for my home watch services and I cannot say enough nice things about him and the service he provides. He is always prompt and thorough. Not only does he do my home watch services, but he also takes care of my transportation needs. Recently, something came up and I needed a ride last minute and I called Lucky. Surprisingly, he was able to transport me immediately.

I'm a satisfied customer of Lucky's Concierge Connection Home Watch services. Not only does Lucky take great care of my property when I travel, he also stepped in to receive a car I had transported when it arrived a day earlier than expected and I was not available. Boy was that "lucky" because he spotted some damage done in transit that the driver tried to deny doing and contacted me immediately. As a result, I got written assurance from the transit company that the car would be repaired to my satisfaction before Lucky accepted the car. Thank you, Lucky!
