Waiting 40 minutes or more for an online order AFTER the pickup time is a normal event here. No point in app or online ordering to save time. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No concern for customers in the lobby, as we're all standing here confused and waiting for anyone to even come up to talk to us.

Friendly staff EVEN WHEN CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME. My kids and I visited the location last night and the staff was and remained friendly and answered questions without attitude which you rarely get from any business establishment around closing time nowadays.

Ok...when I had lost hope for all Indy KFC locations...this one in Carmel restored my faith. Store clean, staff professional and the food looks like and tasted like what I expected from KFC. Will frequent this location...glad I found it.

Another restaurant that makes you order at a kiosk. This is why I gave them 1 star for service. The people serving my food were fast and friendly but it took 5 times longer to order because I don’t want to accept the standard options. Why do I not get a discount if I’m doing the order taking? Stop this practice!!!

Today, April 10th, Worst KFC Experience I ever had. Understaffed and the environment was very negative. I ended up getting a refund and eating elsewhere. Working prior foodservice before joining the army, we never had this issue. I hope and pray you guys figure it out because what I was apart of today is absolutely embarrassing and I almost can’t blame the shift lead for being flustered and frustrated. She was doing most if not all the work when I was there. Start sending reps out to recruit more employees.

I went inside the store no one at the front after about 6-7 minutes a lady came out take my order and said it’ll take time for the chicken. I sat and waited about 40 minutes and that lady said “oh I didn’t know you’re there” and started to prepare my order. She gave me empty cup for free drink but the cup just so dirty that I can’t even use it. And I wait another 10 minutes while watching them eating popcorn while working. The store just so dirty. I think health department need to check this store.
