☺ I think you have got the balance perfect - really tech based easy to book, arrive, loved the door opening online. Liked the contact through WhatsApp before arrival and during stay. Really memorable for being different. Thanks!
☹ Only two grumbles. No coffee in room. I am sure that makes it easy for you but I really hated not being able to make my first coffee in room but having to get dressed and come down stairs. And that you couldn't offer a kettle on request. And really tiny issue. The shower control handle sticks into the shower space which means you are continually knocking it and changing water temperature unintended. Very annoying!

Overall, the stay was warm, relaxing, and very enjoyable.
☺ The hotel offered a truly pleasant stay. Its central location was a big plus—close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The atmosphere throughout the property was cozy and welcoming, and the overall cleanliness was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee served in the afternoon—a lovely touch that made the experience feel even more personal. Despite the freezing weather outside, the hotel was warm and comfortable inside, which made returning after a day out even more enjoyable.
☹ The only downside was the price of breakfast, which I found to be a bit too high compared to what was offered in the coffee places nearby ( decided to go out for breakfast). Still, everything else more than made up for it.

L'hôtel est bien situé si vous aimez marcher, les chambres sont plutôt calmes mais petites. Eclairage convenable mais pas chaleureux. Wifi basique. La douche est efficace. Nous avons apprécié le très bon petit déjeuner, bien fourni, servi dans un espace agréable. Mais le personnel à l'accueil est froid, ne vous regarde pas. Regrettable surtout pour nous, touristes. Gardez vos "bonjour" et "bonne journée" pour vous, ils resteront sans réponse.

Ravi que l’emplacement vous ait plu et que vous ayez bien profité du petit déjeuner dans un espace agréable parfait pour commencer la journée. Merci aussi pour vos remarques sur la chambre, l’éclairage et le wifi, nous les prenons volontiers en compte. En revanche, nous sommes vraiment désolés que l’accueil n’ait pas été chaleureux. Ce n’est pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir, surtout à des voyageurs qui viennent découvrir la ville. Merci de nous l’avoir signalé, nous allons en discuter avec l’équipe pour que cela ne se reproduise pas. Un sourire et un vrai « bonjour » vont naturellement de soi.
