Recently my Wife and I made the decision to consider some refinancing options. We originally were working with another lender, who had our current loan, and when Candace called, I just happened to pick up the phone and was very fortunate to be able to work with Candace Khemmoro, who is very unique in this business. I say that because my previous home purchase or refinance experiences were mostly successful, some not so much. Candace was my “buddy.” She knew What program would work best for us, normalized the process, and kept me informed all the way through. I would rate her communication as exceptional. Candace also connected with myself and my Wife, as she listened well, and made both of us feel like we had a true friend, not just someone trying to sell a product. It’s a huge decision to refinance your home, and Candace became a trusted advisor to us, making sure that we knew all of our options, and working through any obstacles that we encountered. I would highly recommend Candace if anyone is purchasing a home, refinancing, or adding a home equity loan. She is the best, by far, that I’ve ever worked with in her field, and we Would not go anywhere else in the future. We not only successfully achieved all of our goals regarding the refinance of our home, we made a lifelong friend.

Ronaldo Zaya is the best person to work with and he’s the reason why I stayed with this company. The whole team worked to get us what we needed. Huge thanks to Chris!

This is our second transaction with Ricardo, Jason and Michael. What could have been a long and difficult sale of our home and purchase of another all at the same time, ended up smooth as butter, and Ricardo went the extra mile during a difficult family time giving us that personal touch through the whole process. Joey D has been phenomenal from start to finish. He has been great at communicating every step of the process and never left us in the dark about what was going on during the process. He was very quick to reach back out when I left him a message and he was very thorough when explaining things. Overall, we had a great experience with Joey and would highly recommend him.

Working with Antonio and the lend a loan team was a very pleasant experience, not only did they make everything easy to do but they also made the process go very quickly. They made sure I got the best deal possible with multiple options to choose from and helped with deciding which one fit my situation the best. They are very responsive and did a great job at keeping me in the loop regarding each step of the process, answering any questions I had and no matter how annoying I felt like I was being I was always reassured that it was no bother. I 10/10 recommend working with them for any mortgage needs.

This company and its employees are beyond good they are in my opinion the best. Working with Joey delly has been a very positive experience and I feel like I have made a good friend.
