Went in for a basic gel mani/regular polish pedi because of time and was made to feel rushed because I didn’t get more expensive options. The pedi tech immediately starts up charging me and was rude after I denied her attempts to add to my bill. The mani tech hardly touched my cuticles after explaining it’s the main reason I get manicures and gloves the gel on so thick my nails started peeling 2 days after. They can discount my next service or I won’t be going back.

I've been a regular at Lemon Drop since they opened in 2022. The staff is consistently friendly & pleasant to clients.Techs I've had most frequently (Jessica/Stacy/Hannah - Mani; Tina/Tracy/Kim - Pedi) are skilled & friendly. I wear my natural nails & they respect my choice to refrain from acrylics or tips. The shop & stations are very clean. They have a Client reward system - I like that it doesn't take a decade to earn rewards. I prefer good, local businesses. I've always been treated kindly & with respect. Pricing is reasonable & customary.

I found Eden the last time I went in, she is AMAZING. She really tries to get what I want right, and her work is very detailed. I would say darn near perfect.

This first time at Lemon Drop and I loved how Hana took care of my nails plus she is friendly and funny. But my friend came with me and a guy, don't know the name, was the opposite of Hana. He didn't even say is done or anything to my friend.
