I question the authenticity of these reviews. My experience with Nicky Campbell and Gunther has been extremely disappointing. I approached them in February 2025 after seeing that they assist with rescission of debt review orders. I was assured the process would take about two months, so I instructed Nicky in April. It then took four months just to draft the founding affidavit and issue the notice of motion. During that time, my emails and calls went unanswered, and I received no proactive updates. Only in July, after I raised concerns about the lack of professionalism did any progress occur. To date, I receive no updates from her regarding my matter even emails still get ignored. Acording to her, the matter is now set for court in September, but given the delays and lack of communication, I have no confidence in how it will be handled. These delays have stuffed up my life big time & only reason I remain with her is because she has wasted so much time already and starting afresh will really not assist me at this stage. I am Just taking a wait and see aproach. I cannot recommend their services.

I contacted Campbell Attorneys on recommendation from my brother. From day 1, Nicky was going above and aboard to assist me and my husband in helping us with removing our name from debt review. I took a long time for us to get all the documents together, however, as soon as they received the documents, all processes was set into motion. Through the whole process, we received feedback on all aspects to know exactly when our name will be removed from debt review. Thank you to Nicky and Gunther for assisting us in removing our name from debt review. Through this we were able to expand our business and redo our house.

The last communication I had with Miss Kwezi Mthembu was on the 8th of march 2023 at 09h19am I have been asking for feedback on a weekly to no avail. I am so disheartened as I thought my enquiry will be secured by now. This has case has been ongoing since March 2023
