Excellent care, from customer service to dentistry. The entire team appreciates you as a person, not just for business. Dr. Coven, always protecting my smiles 😃, from the irresistible Cheetos injury to my routine check up. The team is like a family yo my entire family.

Sadly they do not have negative stars. I have been going to these guys for a few years. I have a great deal of anxiety when at the dentist and battle it by asking for specific things like could they use the water pik cleaning before scraping my teeth in a cleaning. Then suddenly pretty much every visit I had multiple cavities. When I asked to reschedule an appointment due to family being in the hospital they booked me 3 months out. Then as that appointment approaches I get notified that they are dropping me as a client due to "my dissatisfaction" with their services. Clearly it's due to the fact they don't want an ODSP client on their books anymore. So I recommend you stay clear of this dentist

Both myself and my elderly mother were very pleased with the thorough cleaning provided. The hygienists were very friendly. We also appreciated that unnecessary procedures were not suggested.

Excellent experience with Lakeridge dental over the years. From Shawna responding promptly to all my questions and being patient with me, to Dr.Blumenfield whose work is flawless. I have had the pleasure of being their patient for over 3 years now with rountine cleaning, wisdom teeth extractions and filings, every step and appointment has left me satisfied and happy with the experience. The front desk staff are all very friendly and dont make you feel nervous like you would at a dentist office, the hygienists and doctors are all very professional and make you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Always a great experience coming here for the last four years for my dental checkups and cleaning. I had also got my braces done here through Dr. B after going through multiple dentists to find the right one for me and I am so happy things worked out here!

I have been going to Lakeridge dental for a few years and they're very honest when it comes to what needs to be done and what doesn't. I am very satisfied with the work that they do and the staff at Lakeridge are amazing and very helpful. When it comes to money, they would always find a way to help me out which makes me feel so great

Really disappointed, yesterday everything is all ok no worries we can fix it, took almost 3 hours for X-ray photo op , doctor K checked everything and said come back no worries again you hear the we can fix it, , make an appointment, today it’s all different story , I lost faith to this clinic., I thought I’m in good hands after hearing 27 years of experience, I thought I found the people who will take care of my teeth issue, I’m wrong .

I’ve been a patient at lake ridge dental for over 15 years. The staff is amazing from the ladies at the front to the treatment coordinator to the assistants and hygienists they all work together to make sure you have an amazing experience each and every time. Dr.koven is a very honest and caring dentist who goes above and beyond for all his patients. He even gives you a good laugh during treatment good way to take your mind off of it especially if your a anxious patient like me. I would recommend Lake ridge dental to anyone without hesitation.

For someone who has a very high anxiety it wasn’t easy for me to actually see a dentist and face my fears. Unfortunately, I had no choice as I chipped one of my upper right tooth one morning and I know for myself that it would be impossible for me to either eat nor drink due to severe sensitivity. I feel so grateful for their front desk Daxa who understood the urgency. She is very knowledgeable, warm & friendly. She booked me with Dr Koven and his assistant Paz who was so patient and definitely assured me that it will just be a quick and easy filling procedure. The clinic is clean and follows the Covid-19 protocol with a mandatory mask requirement. As I walked along the hallway everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcomed. Dr Koven is so professional. He made me feel that I am in good hands throughout the procedure and his cheerful personality is something you don’t want to miss! Lakeridge Dental staffs are all professional and is now my go-to place for all my dental concerns. A BIG thank you again Dr K!

I have been coming here for ages, and I've got to say Dr. Blumenfeld is outstanding. I have even referred friends who have told me things that used to take them 3 Days To recover now only 1 day. When it comes to wisdom teeth, the recovery time is half the amount, and there is l very little pain or need for opioid type drugs. The support staff and the hygienists also go the extra mile to make sure that you're comfortable and happy with your visit. I also like the fact that if there is any extensive work that needs to get done, Dr. Blumenfeld can do it in-house himself rather than have to call and find a dental surgeon. He is one. Thanks, Dr. B. Special shout out to Paul and Paulin as they are not just great hygienists they are great people.!

I had grafting done on my gums.. quick easy and not as painful as it looks. Very happy with the final results. Dr B did an awesome job!!

I wouldnt go their if you paid me. I was looking for a new dentist and my wife stated why dont you go local to Lakeridge. Read google reviews, sounded good and convient. I saw one of the ladies by the entrance no mask, she invited me in, forced me to sanitize wear a mask and answer Covid questions . I complied even though there were two maskless employeesand policy is exaggerated and grossly outdated. She stated I would be forced to do a full check in order to be a customer, I told her I only want a cleaningand to check online myself to see if have coverage. Poor service just to try and give them business. Rude reception

The staff here at lakeridge dental are super friendly and professional. Ive been coming here for a while now and they always do such a great job. I'm always happy with the work that they do. I 100% recommend lakeridge dental if you need any dental work to be done.
