This was a great experience for us. So much included in the price. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Alfredo and Alejandro were the best, they both took really good care of us.
The park is clean, the food and price were good and the drinks were exceptional.
I will most definitely visit againon my next trip to Cozumel.
Beach was nice, staff was friendly. The food at the buffet was meh at best but to be fair they are cooking for 100s of people. We started off a bit rockey and I dont think it was the parks fault at all. We purchased the excursion through our cruise line. For the "All inclusive beach and water park adventure" turns out that did not count the ziplines, we were very disappointed because the description was misleading. HOWEVER we met a gentleman named Brian, he knows his stuff. He helped is still do the zipline gave us with a more than fair price. (49 pp vs cruise line saying 140 pp.) He was easy to talk to knew everything he needed to to assist us. Truly he knows his stuff. On top of that he had personality, he heard our issues made us feel validated for why we were upset. Then he made everything happen for us. Brian if you see this we thank you and appreciate you. Keep up the good work man.

Kuza beach park, Cozumel, not good to visit
Too far to get to, too far from the front gate to the beach area, the beach area is not that good, and it is a very rocky area to get into the sea from the beach, need wet/dry shoe for sure. Food not the best variety to choose from, drinks are not the best selection.
This was our first visit, the whole park was awesome. My only complaint was the pool's floor at the end of the slides was very slippery at the initial drop, as well as the steps to get up there. Maybe they should be plain concrete without the paint coat over it. The ziplines were awesome, as well the employees that helped throughout the whole experience, they were very friendly.
While the water park and lazy river are nice, I do not recommend Kuza beach and adventure park. We got the all inclusive pass which included food and beverage. The website advertised local beers. It should be on tap beer, which was only Dos Equis. My husband asked for Tecate and it was $8 a can. I drank Paloma’s and they were good. Not all food is included. You can have a quarter of a cheese quesadilla, tacos, fish n chips and brownie or tres leches. The fish was mostly batter. The tacos were okay, tres leches was really good but small. You can have as much as you want, but the portions are really small. My main issue is customer service. Our ship was late to dock in Cozumel due to a technical issue the night before in Belize, so we did not get there until 12:15 so we only had a couple of hours at the park. Not a big deal except we missed our snorkeling excursion that we paid in advance. They wanted me to wait at the ticket booth in the sun while someone texted a manager to get us a refund. I asked her to have the manager speak with me because I didn’t want to spend what time we did have at the ticket booth. It was not busy at all and I never saw a manager. I have been trying to get the snorkel portion refunded for 3 weeks. Even though the website says you only pay 50% to reserve, that was not my experience. I had to pay all up front.
Can’t recommend
