Kim is a breathe of fresh air. Having tried to get a relevant professional to carry out a COP3 Mental Capacity Assessment for my mum I felt I was banging my head against a brick wall as no one would respond to my calls or emails. Kim responded to me within hours and advised she could assist me. A complete weight off my shoulders at an already very stressful time. Kim's communication is second to none and she carried out the assessment and completed the required paperwork for my solicitor and myself in a quick and efficient manner. She is such a lovely lady to speak with and I know I will certainly be using her services again. I highly recommend anyone who requires an Independent Social Worker to contact Kim. Kim was introduced to me by a friend. In October 2023 I urgently needed advice about social care and NHS help for a relative with dementia. Not knowing what to do, I called Kim. Kim immediately told me the steps to take to get help. She arranged for a care agency to assist my relative, on the same day that I called her, until the GP could arrange for NHS funded care to be put in place. I could not have managed without Kim’s advice and practical help as she knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend Kim if you need help and advice.
