JPar is a fraud company who pins clients in even when they are not comfortable or happy with the service they are receiving. Never sign a contract with them because they will not let you out. They do not care about the client they only care about getting the deal done. Use someone else don’t use JPar

If you're selling a house or buying a house, do not use the agent. There is not even an office number to call. The only number you get is a general number, and if you need to get a hold of anyone, you have to leave a message or email them at a support number, which I hope they will contact me back they will not. I needed help on my house 🏠 and the way it worked is the agent that sells you the house or you buy the house. The agents hold the files and record for the house. Example: I brought a house which the seller was jpar. I had issues with the house and needed information on general information, and it took me 3 months to get all the information I needed. I needed to take a day off to go to the office because their is no direct office number. Just to be told, anything I need would be the agent that was selling / buying the house. She has all the files, and they couldn't look up any number or information on the house, and the kicker was the agent quit. So I was told there was nothing to be done. I had to go to the website and click on the request agent, and I had to put a detailed message on what was going on. It was really sad.

Penny helped me buy and sell 2 houses over the past 10 years. She had all the experience and expertise I could ask for. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I am here to shout the highest praise to Ms. Yvette Escobar! A little history.... I was completely lost when it came to trying to start the process to buy my 1st home. I was pointed in the direction of Ms. Escobar by a dear friend and colleague of mine. When I first contacted her, I knew by her energy that we were like minded and would be great fit and it turned out to be true! Spoke to realtor agent Jacob R and agreed to meet on 5 July at 10a.m. He asked me to send him a list of homes I wanted to see. I reached out this morning to confirm that we're still meeting and where we're going to meet. No response from him. I text several times and called him a couple of times. I don't live here in San Antonio. I'm from El Paso so I can't just drive down when ever. This was planned. Very disappointed with this agent.

Michelle has really shined in getting us across the finish line when it really matters in purchasing not just a house but a home,and as a Veteran of the Armed services this is truly what matters the most especially in contrast of what has been the most major financial transactions of our lives. In a little under 8 years my family have done 6 deals - 3 purchases and 3 rental transactions which has allowed us the comfortability ,ease and trust with Michelle,she has fought for us, defended us when there were errors by others, and stood with us throughout the process - before, during, and well after a sale to see that things were done right. Lauren Snider I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Ms. Lauren was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work she did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She’s a true pro. If you are moving to the San Antonio area --there is only one realtor to use--and that is like Lauren Snider of the JP & Associates REALTOR’s . She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Her greatest attribute, "She listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.
