I went in for a coverup of a very bad tattoo I did on myself when I was younger 😅 I’m not a creative person and all I could come up with was getting the words tattooed clearly on me which wasn’t going to look proper because of how squished the letters were when I did it. Danny designed a cover up for me that added even more meaning to my tattoo and completely covered the mess I made as a kid. Truly I gasp every time I see I have such a nice piece of art on my body. He also tattooed a play on a quote from a book I’ve wanted for a really long and it’s just beautiful and makes me feel so happy and confident. So thank you to Danny for the amazing coverup and tattoo experience and to Dimitri for running a shop with amazing artists and vibes!! Y’all are the best and I’ll be back!!!

People at the front desk were very rude and hostile. Came for a walk in once and they looked surprised and said all their artists left (2 hours before closing). That was totally fine but when I pointed out their website says they take walk ins, the guy at the front was very rude and said to call before. I have no problem with calling but I have a problem when people are rude and stuck up for no good reason. They acted like we did something wrong by walking in!? Edit: this review is NOT for the wrong place. It is the shop near Finch West station so I know what place I am talking about thank you very much. My review is from the experience I had in the Fall of 2022. It is a late review however it DOES NOT change my experience nor my friends. "The past 4 months" as you say does not apply to us. There is no time limit on when people can make a review. Secondly, If you actually took the time to read my review before writing your ignorant reply, you would see I have NO problem with calling beforehand and that WAS NOT my issue. My issue was the very rude attitude of your employees. Saying things like "never in our existence" is just ridiculous and makes it very clear you guys only care for high star reviews. I will NOT be deleting mine, as I don't have to. Edit 2: This business is LYING and arguing in their reply. First they initially claimed I was not even at their location then they later claim that my friend and I were "arguing & demanding" their employee? Seriously? That is laughable because my friend and I did not spend more than about 3-5 minutes in this store NOR did we "argue" with anyone. NO employee was "demanded" anything nor had to "wait for us to go home" in fact they seemed to be preoccupied sitting on their phones. Why would we "demand" anything if I said all your artists left?? Do you think your story seriously makes sense? Instead we left and got our tattoos done at a location where employees provide good customer service. I clearly said that was my issue with your business. You realise there are PLENTY of tattoo shops in Toronto available for walk-in so WHY would we argue or demand your employees anything? We can simply leave and that IS what we did. We didn't need to argue for your service, we didn't want it after bad impression:) Do you think your employee would remember their brief interaction after 2 years when they book multiple customers and you initially claim this didn't happen? Don't confuse us with other people and you also don't need to come up with false events to make your business appear better. We left your place very quickly and were not the rude ones.. You are mad you got a bad review and are trying so hard to deny someone's experience. You "judging" character of someone who visited your business for less than 5 minutes is quite proving my point. Clearly this business can not take negative reviews well. If you care only about high reviews then that shows you are discourteous when you get low ones and your replies are evident of this. Don't be arrogant in your replies and listen to what the customer experienced instead of making false claims online and adding false events to a story that doesn't even match my review. Reviews are for any experience people have with the associated business so others can see when they search them online. My review is not being deleted!!:)

I got pierced by Dmitri! He was very friendly and professional! All tools are sterilized and single use, he even showed expiry dates to me. Would highly recommend this shop, since it's right next to the subway it's super easy to get to

I went to get piercings and a tattoo today and had Dmitriy as my apprentice! he was really nice and made sure i was comfortable and relaxed as this is my first tattoo!! he explained everything about the procedure in a calm manner and gave me encouragement. if you’re thinking of getting a tattoo and piercings i would 100% recommended this place. Thank you so much for the amazing services !

dimitri was my artist for my first tattoo & its been healing well, i highly recommend this studio. ive also gotten my lip pierced by the same artist & the staff are all chill, you’ll definitely get your moneys worth here.

I got a double lobe piercing and I loveeeeee it. The guy who pierced my ears educated me on how to take care of it and was very friendly. Customer service is 10/10 and would deffo be back for more

My tattoo by Alina is one of my favourites I've ever gotten, she is so dedicated to perfection and her talent is really exceptional. I also got my ear pierced and received excellent care, they have a good selection of jewelry as well. Their sanitary practices are the best I've ever seen, having gone to 5+ studios over the years, they show you all of the equipment they're using and show all the needles are sealed and not expired, which I really appreciated. This studio is truly a diamond in the rough, outclassing some of the other well-known tattoo shops I've been to.

OKAY, I’m super stoked because I just finished not long ago with Alina, but if I could have gotten her to do all my tats I would. Definitely gonna come back in the future! The experience was sweet, she was a fun chat! and the atmosphere was friendly and calm 🥺♥️ Thanks so much guys.
