I've been using this garage for years for regular servicing and MOTs, and they have always offered great service and knowledge at reasonable prices.
I recently had some Brembo brake discs and pads fitted to my BMW 4 Series. Unfortunately, through no fault of the garage, the Brembo pads were defective and very squeaky.
The team were great at getting me re-booked in for another look, and replaced the pads with a different brand, free of charge for the hassle.
Really impressed with the customer service and expertise, 5 stars!

fantastic service today sorting the Abs pump on my mini. Even sorted it a day early as it wasn’t booked in until tomorrow and all for a very good price. Couldn’t be happier.

It is a shame you can only give 5 stars as a maximum it is not nearly enough !
The service here is outstanding the young lady on the reception/phone cannot help enough she has brilliant customer service and also all the lads are awesome and are excellent at their job. I have visited here many times with my car and I have always had first rate specialist and TRUSTWORTHY service without fail. These guys go out of their way to help at all times and it is always appreciated.
Was in earlier today and my car trouble was swiftly diagnosed and fixed.

Not bothered about your emergency unless you have used them before. Not a good work ethic and somewhat indicative of their terribly flawed and harnful logic on such matters. An emergency is an emergency. I was out of area at the time and they didn't care. Cold and heartless. Avoid.

Hi Chris thanks for your review, when you called asking if we had availability to take a breakdown I explained I had already taken in 4 breakdowns on Monday and we were fully booked for the next two weeks I asked if you were a customer of ours you replied that you were not. I started to try and explain that we are only a small garage and that we simply did not have any additional capacity this week, you then proceeded to swear at me very aggressively and would not let me offer some alternative garages that I thought maybe able to help you out as you ended the call. You rang from a withheld number so I was unable to call you back to discuss further.

Totally legit business and honest people. I always take my vehicles there for service/MOT etc. Book in early as you may have to wait for an appointment, which is always a good sign!

Update: Had my wife's car MOT back in Oct 23 all done very quickly with only a minor repair needed, all sorted with a minimum of fuss. Spoke and dealt with the lovely Karen and Lisa who got me booked in and let me know when the car was ready to collect. Just thought of adding this part as google doesn't allow a second review.
1st Review: Very friendly and professional service when arranging an MOT. Lisa and Karen really helpful when dropping the car off and calling to advise it was complete. They book up quickly as they're clearly very good, so make sure you plan ahead.

We had a popped air suspension bag on our BMW, which got us worried. Mark and his team replaced it for us at a very reasonable price and efficiently. We were able to collect the vehicle on the same day. It keeps our minds at peace knowing someone we can trust for car mechanical and technical issues. We will now always go to Independent Vehicles for our car diagnostics and repairs.

Always look after me with my BMW needs. Whenever I call they seem to know me and my car and they always offer a polite and professional service. Extremely fair pricing (compared with main dealer) and one of the managers even offered to come out to my house to help me with my car that was immobilised. Highly recommend these guys.
