We recently used IMD for a partial bathroom renovation. We needed a bath and shower to be removed, and a new, fitted bath + shower to be installed. Dimitrov is super friendly and very helpful. He quickly came out to take a look and give us a quote, and very soon after he arranged to come and do the work. We're really happy with the finished product and the quality of work! Dimitrov even helped us take the old bath to the local refuse depot when we didn't have the means to do so. Furthermore, the shower unit had a fault (not IMD's fault), so when we got a replacement sent out, he came and replaced it free of charge. Highly recommend IMD!

I recently used IMD to completely replace my bathroom. I have nothing but good things to say and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were punctual, polite, tidy and took the time to highlight unexpected issues (such as the need to completely replace the floor) and to offer solutions. The quality of the work was very high.

IMD are professionals. Excellent service, superb tiling, full bathroom refit for 2 bathrooms/shower rooms in my home. Everything from ceiling lights to flooring. Dimitriov had a very professional team who worked hard, assisted with purchasing supplies, offered advice, cleaned up after themselves, left no mess, were on time and finished within time frame. Any issues we faced along the way were resolved professionally and in a timely manner. We had some leaking issues after the shower installation, but they came back on 3 occasions to fix the issue without any further fee, they wanted to leave us with a fully working shower and I think some companies out there would not have been so willing to come back. I have recommended IMD services to all my friends and family. I wish them all the very best. You can definitely trust them to transform any bathroom. Thumbs up from me.

Had my bathroom re-fitted, design and materials was by Victoria Plum who sub-contracted IMD building services to carry out the work. I am very happy with the finished product, the bathroom looks good and has been carried out to a high standard. However, there were many problems dealing with IMD. Prior to work starting I was told they worked 8-6pm, in reality on some days they worked 10-1pm and within our bathroom fit there were days when they didn't attend our property as they went off to do other jobs which greatly extended the time that we didn't have a working bathroom for. We had little to no notice of this. They were very messy whilst they were working and did not clean up after themselves, we agreed for them to leave their tools in a bedroom whilst they were working and at the end of the project that bedroom had paint all over the floor, the new bath had dirty marks on the side and the bathroom floor was left very dusty. The wrong bath waste disposal unit was fitted (this was due to Victoria Plum sending the wrong item), however, when the correct item was sent and we asked Dimitrov (in charge of IMD) to change it he said it would be too difficult to change it and left saying the job was finished. We spoke to Victoria Plum who said it could be changed and they spoke to Dimitrov on our behalf. After that, Dimitrov was able to come back at the next day convenient to us and make the changes which took very little time (barely an hour). He also left the bathroom much cleaner/tidier than the first time. The other bathroom fitters that worked with Dimitrov were always very polite and friendly and I would happily employ them again, however, Dimitrov often lacked communication and as a woman I found he frequently talked over me, I would not use his services again. He also left waste material from the work he carried out for me, even though at the start I was told that all waste material would be taken away in the waste bag provided. Edit In response to Dimitrov's response. 1. I have stated I am happy with the finished product. 2. I enquired about your working hours with Victoria Plum and was told they had asked you and it would be 8-6pm. I am aware that they spoke to you on our behalf about the shorter hours you were working. 3. You did not state that rubbish would be left over after the job, you told us it would all fit into the waste bag and be collected. 4. The second time around you left the bathroom clean but not the first time. I have stated this in my review. 5. We did not change our mind during the fit. The two things we asked to be re-done were the bath waste disposal unit as the wrong colour had been fitted and we asked for the sink to be moved as you installed it in a different location to on our plan. I've read another review where someone left you negative comments and I read your reply which stated that the client was difficult to work with and kept changing their mind etc and I wondered whether that was true or whether you were just trying to discredit the negative review. Now you have done the same thing to me, I know you were just hoping to discredit the review.

Dimitrov and his team renovated my bathroom and en-suite, after being recommended by B&Q. They provided an excellent service, clearly communicating what needed to be done and completed the installation to a very high standard. They dealt with B&Q when extra materials needed to be ordered and picked up in store, organised for the rubbish to be collected and provided a deep clean service after the installation was completed. I am delighted with my new bathroom and en suite and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dimitrov and team!

We had a full bathroom renovation and the work is brilliant. Beautiful tiling and attention to detail, super flexible working and the toilet was available to use the whole time. Would 100% recommend.

Dimitrov and his team transformed my rather tired-looking en suite over the period of a week. The workmanship was excellent - in particular the exceptional tiling (both floor and wall). The job involved fitting and lowering a curved shower stall and installation of rainwater tap, as well as the usual sanitary ware and a heated towel rail. The pipework is fully hidden, which adds a sense of space and looks great - no leaks whatsoever! The team looked after my home, tidying up fully as they went and were reliable when it came to times and dates. Very happy with the results and would use the company again.

Dmitrov fitted my bathroom very well to a good finish. He was responsive and proactive and finished in good time. The workers were very pleasant and polite. Minor issue with the scrap which was left unbagged on the balcony making it more difficult for the scrap men to remove safely.

We had our main bathroom completely refurbished and re-tiled and another bathroom re-tiled. Dimitrov did excellent work and two years on, both bathrooms still look new. Dimitrov is polite, hard working and professional. This is reflected in his work which is of a very high standard. I recommend him.

I used IMD' services to get my bathroom sink fixed. Dimitrov did a great job which was very neat. His team did an excellent work and tidied up after completing the work. I would highly recommend Dimitrov.

Needed my small bathroom revamped and new kitchen worktops fitted. Everything seemed to be ok, there was some poor communication as we didn't know if he was starting or not which delayed materials. However things started to change from good to bad quickly. I have solid oak floors and brand new carpets and had to repeatedly remind them to cover the floors. Seems Dimitrov had his own idea on how my bathroom would look, telling me he is tiling in areas I'd not asked for. My biggest concern was the fitting of the shower valves which were wonky and not even straight (dipping downwards). As they were flush fittings they were all off and they had boarded the wall ready for tiling. After telling them and showing them the problem they ignored me and boarded it until I spoke to them both a second time. These guys are a mess and not qualified as this should not happen if you are a real professional (simple stuff). They'd literally filled my front bedroom with filthy tools so it was unusable. This morning Dimitrov decided to pack up his tools and leave with no real explanation. Even though he'd taken £1800 and left me with an unfinished bathroom, skip, materials everywhere, and unfitted kitchen worktops. Be careful because there are plenty of these guys out there who want to £600-£800 a day doing nothing while hiring out dirt cheap unqualified labour to do your house. It took an entire day to skim one small wall and an entire day to do simple pipe work. Waterproofing that's put on so thin its coming off. I don't believe any of those reviews are real and if so I feel sorry for the customers as I wouldn't dare to look at what lies beneath.

Dimitrov and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently to complete our dream bathroom to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even finished earlier than expected. We will miss their friendly company and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. A great experience all round!”
