Recent reviews
Very unprofessional and unexperienced company.
Got a wardrobe and desk installed, still ongoing for 10 months now.
There is unacceptable damage to the outer filler panel caused by the incorrect installation of the door stopper by the fitter, who have installed randomly not checking where would be appropriate.
The internal shelving is not aligned, with a noticeable discrepancy affecting the overall finish. The sliding doors do not function correctly and do not close properly, likely due to misalignment of the vertical panel, which is a clear functional defect.
There is damage to the wall in the desk area caused by poor and unprofessional installation.
There are unnecessary holes concealed with screw caps, resulting from incorrect measurements and improper installation of the shelves.
Upon requesting resolution of the issues this company tries to persuade you to accept how it is and they always try not to take responsibility for their actions. I was told as a resolution for this to add screw caps to the broke parts and unnecessary screw holes.
These are not minor concerns but clear defects in workmanship and installation. Also the ladies who you speak with on the phone are extremely rude and keep always pushing you to pay up front if you want more answers from them.
Stay away from these people!
Quick and efficient service. Communication was great and price point was the best I found. Highly recommend this company.
We’ve just had our wardrobes installed and the experience was excellent from start to finish. This is a small, independent company and their flexibility really stood out—they were incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and happy to adapt things as we went to get everything just right.
Nothing felt too much trouble, and that level of responsiveness made a big difference. The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and finished to a really high standard.
It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about the outcome and the customer experience. Delighted with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them.

We had built-in wardrobes installed throughout our home by Ideal Fitted Bedrooms Ltd, including four bedrooms, a library, utility room, and a mini kitchen, and we’re extremely happy with the results.
The design team was very helpful and patient, making all the changes we requested and ensuring everything was exactly how we wanted. They took measurements twice (before and after finalising the design), which gave us confidence in the accuracy. We also appreciated receiving detailed manufacturing sheets for approval before production.
The fitting team was professional and efficient, and everything was delivered and installed on time. The quality of the finished work is excellent.
Highly recommend Ideal Fitted Bedrooms Ltd for anyone looking for high-quality fitted furniture and great service!

Be very cautious with this cowboy company
Be very cautious with this company. Despite calling themselves “designers,” what they actually deliver feels rushed, poorly thought out, and far from professional design work. Proposals appear to be put together at the last minute, with little understanding of client requirements.
The estimates also seem arbitrary, with no clear explanation or transparency behind the numbers.
Another red flag is the suspicious pattern of glowing reviews that look far from genuine. Many appear overly promotional and raise serious doubts about their authenticity.
Do your homework and choose a company with a proven track record, real design expertise, and credible client feedback. This operation feels more like a cowboy outfit than a professional design firm.

Cannot fault Ideal fFitted Bedrooms. From initial contact, on site measurements, regular and quick contact, design and fitting , everything was smooth, super friendly and the final wardrobes look fantastic. So many home styling retailers could learn a thing or two from these guys. Such a pleasure to work with and totally stress free. Will not be going anywhere else ever again.Thankyou Sonal and team

I've had my bespoke wardrobe with desk done by Ideal Fitted Bedroom Ltd for 9 months now, it is still as beautiful as new. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The wardrobe is not only beautifully made, but also extremely practical. Every time I open the wardrobe, it feels luxurious, practical and elegant. The desk offers me exactly what I need to work from home.
The whole process from contacting the design team and revising the design, to building the wardrobe is extremely smooth and fast. Everyone in the team is very professional, helpful and patience, even though I came up with various requests to change the design, the response I received have always been more than satisfactory. The timeframe for the team to start preparing the materials and to finish building the wardrobe is extremely fast, at least 4 weeks faster than the other companies I have approached.
The fact that the wardrobe comes with 12 years warranty is a proof that the company is committed that their products are built to last.
I'm an extremely happy customer. Thank you and highly recommended to anyone who is looking for bespoke solutions to their homes.

I’m very happy with the entire process of getting my fitted wardrobes, from start to finish. The team was always available and responded quickly to any questions I had. They were flexible and worked with me on the design to keep it within my budget, making adjustments as many times as I requested without any hassle.
On installation day, they arrived on time and completed everything in just one day, including removing my old wardrobes. The fitters were professional, efficient, and friendly. The wardrobes look fantastic - great quality and built exactly as I requested, down to the precise measurements for shelf widths and heights. I noticed one of the hanging rails was a bit loose, and they promptly came back later in the week to replace it.
I highly recommend this team for their efficiency, flexibility, and competitive pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again for future projects.
