Very Greedy!!! Brad will ask for Tenant Placement Fee (50%) on top of monthly service fee (10%). You will end up paying 1.7 months of your rental income to him as fees! That's exorbitant, for a local property manager with minimal overhead. Look elsewhere. Professional companies with great service do not charge for tenant placement fee if you pay for monthly service fee.

The worst experience I have ever had renting a home. Abusive contract clauses. The house was delivered to us dirty and moldy. They did not take care of the cleaning and even though we returned it in perfect condition, they charged us 500 dollars for cleaning. my advice: look elsewhere

As a renter this property management company is extremely efficient. From the online application process and payments to the responsiveness of issues this management company is top notch.
The onboarding process was fantastic. Even though we arrived late on a weekend, the management company arranged passcodes for us to get into the property and left instructions for auditing the property.
We also recently had one issue with the unit, and they got it resolved same day.

Not at all professional or responsive and charge exorbitant fees at any chance they get. Typical slumlords, def. rent elsewhere if possible.
Hi Edward Kee. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you're having trouble understanding the lease terms and conditions, but when you pay rent late we do charge a late fee. This is fairly common with any standard lease. I hope this helps.
