Fantastic service from start to finish. Quote, project management and fitters all great. Lawrence kept me updated with dates, was easy to contact and polite and helpful. Fitters were tidy and very hard working. Really pleased with conservatory update/roof and new bifold door. Thank you so much.

From beginning to end, Hestia have been great. From sales to Project manager to installation, I can't fault. The installation crew were amazing, and did our small roof in under 2 days. I have left it a couple of months before leaving a review. Our new roof is so much better, warmer in the recent cold period, and looks amazing. HESTIA are very professional in every step of the build. They replaced our conservatory roof and the end result looks great. It took a little longer than first expected due to weather but that can’t be helped. At the end there was a small snag list that I gave and it was rectified immedielty. The price was also competitive. I would 100% recommend this company to replace a conservatory roof

The Hestia team did a brilliant job. They were quick in removing the old glass roof and installing the new one. The finished condition was excellent and they left the space clean and tidy, following up with some assistance when I asked a further query as well. The roof has really transformed how my family and I are able to use the space. Definitely worth doing.

Hestia did a fantastic job on our conservatory roof, they worked very hard and we're professional! The plastering inside was also excellent! We would highly recommend them and definitely use them again for future projects.

We used Hestia to replace our old conservatory roof, along with new windows and doors. With the recent drop in temperature the difference is amazing. It’s gone from a room you avoid in summer / winter to one you can actually use. Sound insulation is also miles better. Process was ok, Geoff, their sales chap was great, no push for the sale - no pressure at all to sign off today etc. (how it should be done!) We did have some issues which did lead to some lengthy delays but anyone that undertakes building work or projects like this know they rarely go without hitch. Ed and Lawrence did follow up and assured me they’ll take some lessons from this install and apply them to the next. I was also compensated for delays. Price wise, extremely competitive - and as they make the roof onsite, design wise, changes etc, can be made.

Our experience with Hestia has been excellent. Very competitive price, the overall standard of work was first class. The guys that fitted the roof and windows were great and left everything tidy each day. Communication with project manager also good. Would recommend Hestia.

What can I say about these guys! The service, the workmanship, the work rate - all first class. We are so delighted with the room you’ve given us. It has totally changed our house. The whole team from start to finish did an excellent job in converting our conservatory roof. I can't believe how quickly the guys managed to dismantle the old roof and manufacture the new roof. They cleaned up every day and were so friendly. The room has transfromed the space and we just wish we had done it earlier. The price we paid was also very competative to other companies that we had quote, the job they have done is excellent. The building inspector also commented on what a fantastic job that's been done compared to some other companies that he has viewed. I would 100% recommending them and already have passed their card onto friends.

The project manager was very good at keeping us informed at every step, very friendly and professional attitude. The workmen were very skilled and exceptionally hard working and managed to complete the job in a few days. We now have a new room in our house that is so comfortable to sit in, we wonder why we didn't have this done years ago. After considering a number of companies, we chose Hestia to replace the glass roof on our conservatory with a tiled roof. Their quote was the most competitive & professional. The Project Manager, Lawrence, was very easy to deal with & extremely helpful, dealing with any problems promptly & efficiently. The building works, led by James, we're carried out with care and attention to detail. The new roof was in place in 3 days with little mess or inconvenience. Once the electrics & plastering had been done, we were very pleased with the end result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hestia.
