Paul found the gas leak in no time, removed the fire and made it safe. He will be back next week to fit me a new one and service my boiler. Nice friendly guy, I will be using Henna heating from now on. Thanks Paul

I needed a new boiler Paul come out to quote me a price for a new boiler straight away I was happy with the price and agreed a date. Paul and Will completed the job a week later they were nice lads felt comfortable with them in my home. The job was completed they did a fabulous job and cleaned up would highly recommend and will be using Hanna heating in the future

Rang Paul on the 17th July after someone else let my elderly mother down he was prompt at responding to do a survey then fitted her a new boiler the following day while keeping in touch with myself throughout the process excellent service would highly recommend them

Paul and his son have just installed a new bathroom for me and my partner and done a fantastic job. They arranged everything from the joiner to level floor, electrician, plasterer and tiler. Everything was planned efficiently and was done within a couple of weeks. We are both extremely pleased with the bathroom and would highly recommend them.

Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, affordable… not words I normally associate with heating engineers! What a breath of fresh air. Paul answered the phone, agreed a timescale, kept me informed, juggled his work to suit my availability, sorted my boiler out and came in slightly below the original price estimate. Friendly and tidy work. Wish I’d found him ten years ago.

Paul came out to look at my boiler that was tripping the electric the same day..diagnosed the problem. He came back the day after Saturday and went above and beyond and fixed the boiler and it was a good price ..would highly recommend 👌. Friendly and first class professional service..

Paul came highly recommended by some trusted friends of ours who were delighted with the bathroom he'd just fitted in their house. He has just finished replacing our ensuite today and we are very very happy with our new room! He organised everything for us from help choosing bathroom to the tilers and electricians. He and his son Will worked on the job for nearly 2 weeks and they were a delight to have in the house. They consulted with us right through the job and did everything they could to get the job done perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend them but not until they have returned to refit some radiators for us!.

Paul fitted a new larger water tank and pressure system in our farm house where we are on spring water with very low water pressure. Paul and Will came when agreed and did a fantastic job, really happy with the service and price charged, no hesitation to highly reccomend these guys..

A simply excellent service from Paul. I rang him as my boiler had broken the previous evening and he agreed to fit me in, even though he was already booked that day. After diagnosing the fault, he returned the following day and not only repaired my boiler but checked my control settings etc to ensure it was running at maximum efficiency. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in every way and charged a most reasonable price. He's now returning to perform a full service and I will be definitely be requesting his help in the future. I would recommend Hanna Heating 💯

February 2025 Paul and Will have just installed a new bathroom for me and as expected, they've done an excellent job (photos below). Great project management from Paul and nothing was too much trouble. The end result looks superb - almost too good to use!!!! It's a bonus that Paul and Will are an absolute pleasure to have in your house, which counts for a lot when you've a job that extends over a few days. November 2024 Paul has just fitted a new combi boiler, 5 radiators and a Hive thermostat and I couldn't be more impressed. When he came out to quote on the job Paul listened to what I wanted and explained the different options, without pressurising me at all. His quote was also very competitive. Knowing that I wanted the job done as soon as possible, Paul moved a few jobs round to fit me in within a couple of weeks and ended up giving up his weekend to do the job. Most importantly, Paul and Will carried out the work to a very high standard, leaving me with a toasty house! Communication was excellent throughout and from the outset Paul kept me informed of how things were progressing and he always turned up when he said he would. Once the boiler was fitted, he took time to make sure I understood how everything worked and explained the aftercare package. It's great to find such a reliable, friendly and trustworthy local trader.... I've already booked Paul to refit my bathroom in the new year.

At the height of the cold snap on Saturday morning my boiler, about 20 years old, broke down. Paul came out in the afternoon and made a temporary fix. I decided it was time to have a new boiler. Paul and his son Will managed to do this on Thursday. Paul gave a very competitive quote and despite some extra work needed stuck to it.I think this is exceptional service and I recommend both Paul and Will without reservation. John Willcox (Todmorden)

Paul was great. Came out on a very wet New Years eve and sorted an issue with our under floor heating so we got heating and hot water back. Very friendly, efficient and professional, would definitely recommend!

Paul has done amazing. We've not had proper hot water and no heating for years. We've gone from a combi to a heated water tank which is better for us. And moved the system into the loft. You wouldn't even know they have been. Very clean and tidy. Great communication and help with the thermostat also. Thanks paul. Would recommend 1000% all the way.
