What an outstanding company!

Above expectations! I have used this company 3 times for various jobs and each time they have delivered WONDERFULLY. They patiently helped me with MY various odd-job templates and weird shaped glass needs - I would HIGHLY recommend the gang.

Must get their act together. I was informed they sold a size of mirror screw I needed for a job, they didn't.
They had mirror adhesive in a display cabinet, they don't sell that either. I will be giving them a swerve in future.

Thank you for your feedback. We are unable to find an order in our system in your name. We are also very confused as we do stock and sell a variety of mirror screws, 3/4”, 1”, 11/2” and 2”. We also stock and sell an awful lot of mirror adhesive.
I would be grateful if you would call on Tuesday to discuss further.

I took a bathroom mirror to Halifax Glass this morning. It was slightly damaged by water ingress at the bottom. Halifax Glass cut approximately 5mm off the bottom of it, smoothed off the cut edge, then sealed the bottom with silicon sealer to prevent it re-happening
All this in 5 minutes, whilst I waited
And they didn't charge me for it !!

I cannot recommend Halifax Glass enough. We have used them for lots of projects for over 10 years. All the staff are so helpful and Ross always goes above and beyond to help with all jobs and deliveries. We use their product all over the country. We can ask for some unusual things and they always accommodate our requests. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Called for replacement glass for greenhouse. I had a short wait and the team in the workshop cut me the glass and I was away in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

I took a couple of chipped, glass tumblers, to see if they could do anything. However, the glass was so thin I expected they'd break. They Didn't! I was really pleased, they managed to polish out the chips and the tumblers look like new. I'm amazed they managed to do them and really pleased with the price! The tumblers are not valuable but they are of sentimental value to me. Halifax Glass...should be Glass Wizards. Thank You. Thank You Very Much!

I called for the first time in order to have some glass cut to size. I was made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The glass was cut perfectly and very quickly.

If you need any type of glass for furniture frames et al this is the place to go. If they dont do it they know who can..they are so helpful and they did a lovely job on a large glass hall table..THEY ARE GREAT..!!!

One of the best ways to judge a business is how they deal with things when something goes wrong and how they help the customer to feel valued irrespective of the financial size of the order. Ross Duffy went above and beyond to look after me when I had a problem with part of my order.
