I have been here 3 times and each time I have bought a pallet. A large part of the pallets(30%-40%) merchandise was damaged beyond repair, missing pieces(I had to purchase addition parts to sell the items, lost all profit for said item) or used beyond selling point. They tout their business as one of the best out there, where they sell quality merchandise and don't scam their customers. They even say they have repeat customers that sell out of the product soon after purchasing. In my experience I can get anywhere between 40 and 70 percent retail value for items I sale while purchasing this merch for 10-15 percent, when I purchase from other pallet wholesalers. However, Halfoff Wholesale charge between 25 and 40 percent, where it is near impossible to make any kind of profit off the junk you get on their pallets. I have attempted to explain this to them and they said they would try and work with me after my first bad experience. They told me to go find a pallet and they would give me a good deal, they even talked me into a type they touted were big sellers. When I did find one they ended up saying," Sorry bro, talked with the boss and he said he couldn't give a deal." They went back on their word to make it right. This pallet took me over 9 months to sell and my profit was less than 25 percent of the cost for the pallet. It is not worth the time or money invested to do business with this company. I would suggest finding anywhere else that actually wants the merchants to make money for their business so that they will come back to buy more. I gave them more than one chance to keep me as a customer and they have disappointed every time. With other business that I purchase from I can turn $1000 into $3000-$4000. With half Off Wholesale I would be lucky to turn $1000 into $2000 and I do mean "Lucky". This is not a good way to do business, especially when you have selling cost, taxes, employees and other expenses to pay out of your profit.

El día de hoy fui soy de lejos de fuera del estado de Arkansas, y la verdad los precios son muy caros, alguno de ustedes a preguntado por precios en llamada, nunca los dicen porque ellos lo que quieren es que vayan no te permiten grabar porque no quieren que muestren los precios a los demás gente en conclusión quieren que vayas así para que mínimo compres algo por tu vuelta que das. Pero realmente es caro

Every time I walk in it’s a great experience. I’m usually greeted within 30 seconds to a minute after I walk in and I’m not pressured or annoyed by anybody there. They also have awesome deals if you’re looking to buy stuff in bulk. I wish there was more places in Arkansas like this, but there isn’t. I would highly recommend them!!

Great place to buy pallets. Doug and staff are very accommodating and will make your experience pleasant and easy. I highly recommend half off to anybody that’s trying to start a business or make extra cash.

I bought 3 pallets they said they delivered it which they did not. When I emailed them they sent me my tracking info. Which I already knew it was how I knew they had not delivered it to me. When I asked for a photo of the delivery and the name of the company who delivered it haven't heard from them . Unsure how my neighbors and myself could have missed 3 pallets 7 feet tall being delivered

Nice people but the pallet I got was absolutely horrible. There is no way the pallet they bought out was the one I picked. Feel like I got totally ripped off. Will not be going back.

Overpriced

Customer Service is TRASH. Been calling for a few days with no answer. Finally someone answers the phone and not only do they answer the phone like they're half asleep they hang up on you. What a joke. SAVE YOUR MONEY, and find yourself another liquidation warehouse. Read your reviews online and see for yourself

WASTE OF TIME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I drove an hour an a half to come to the warehouse, spent an hour or more choosing four pallets that fit my stores needs. When it came time to pay their debit terminal declined my card, however when i called the bank i was told it was a terminal error on the end of the merchant. The employee agreed that the problem was on his end. I was told that there was nothing he could do to solve the issue and that this problem has occurred with others in the past. The employee stated that the money may still debit from my account later in the day, however, I was not allowed to leave with any product. I was also told that if the money was debited from my account, he would not be able to issue a refund, only give store credit. As a business owner, I am very highly disappointed at the lack of willingness to find a solution.
