We met Roberta at an open house and decided to ask her to help us find our new home. We were shopping in a tight market and she gave excellent advice in helping us determine a value of a home. She was attentive to our criteria and needs, it always let us lead in the search. She's an excellent negotiator and stays on top of every step during the contract period. She has a great list of resources if work needs to be done on the property. We would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

It would very hard to find an agent who works harder than Roberta Wall. Although she made the process effortless for us, she was on top of every detail every step of the way. She created a beautiful presentation complete with drone/aerial footage and had multiple inquiries almost immediately. She kept us up to date each step of the way and seemed to have answers to our questions even before we could ask. She was never more than a text, call or email away.
The most interesting part is that we never met her in person. We live on the west coast and with a sudden death in the family had to do everything remotely; Roberta was never more than a phone call away and was able to manage every detail for us making the entire process worry free. We would give her ten stars if we could!!!

Then she advised us how to declutter our house so that prospective buyers could more easily invision how they might live in and enjoy our home. Her professional photographer did an excellent job of displaying the best features and views. She was diligent about getting feedback from the buyers’ realtors and reporting back to us. She and her assistant were kind and promptly delivered necessary communication from buyers and their agents. All in all, she made the whole process easy and even enjoyable. I asked around for a lot of referrals and try to do it as much due diligence as I could to find the right realtor for us since we are new to the area. We were recommended by several people to work with Roberta and we also felt she was experience enough with her history to know the area and have the knowledge that we needed after working with Roberta. I realize not only was she the best realtor that we chose, but she is also the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I have dealt with many realtors over the years in different cities throughout the East Coast. She is an honest, hard-working, real estate agent, and when I mean honest, she truly is above and beyond doing what she feels is best for you as a buyer or I’m sure sellers in some cases and not what’s best for her pockets. If your looking to buy or sell, your search is over! There just isn't anyone better, PERIOD. Roberta is super knowledgeable, she knows all there is to know about the area(s), detailed and organized, kind and patient.

There are not enough words to describe Roberta. Giving her 5 stars is certainly not enough; 5,000 stars would be more appropriate! Roberta is very professional, very knowledgeable, always eager to answer your questions and keep you informed as well as very personable and caring.
She advised me of what i needed to do before the listing went up, kept me informed throughout days one and two as to the showings and used her negotiation skills to drive the cost up. And, very importantly on the second day, she advised me which offer to accept.
If you are looking for a Realtor (for either buying or selling), I highly recommend Roberta. She is the best!

There are no words to explain how much Roberta did for me in selling my townhouse. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, always eager to answer questions as well as very personable and caring.
She came for a visit prior to listing, used her expertise in this business and advised exactly what needed to be done. When the listing went up, she was ready. There were showings all day during the first and second day. There were multiple offers and one accepted on the second day. Her advise was spot on!
