Lisa, thank you for helping my humans to understand me, they can now see I get very nervous around people and dogs. You have shown them I am not reacting because I'm aggressive but because I am scared. With your gentle encouragement and guidance my humans have been able to help me stay calm, meaning I can now enjoy my walks, and I know my humans will help me when I get a bit anxious. I seem to get lots of treats now, and my humans are always pleased with me (I think I must be doing lots of good things). Lisa has been absolutely amazing!! There’s been a massive improvement in my dogs behaviour since we’ve been having training and I couldn’t be more grateful! She was very considerate of my dogs anxieties and issues and offered lots and help and advice regarding this. She made me and my dog feel very comfortable so would deffo recommend.

We highly recommend Lisa Newnham and Greendog training to anyone who wants to get the best out of their dog. Lisa has helped us with our first family member (our dog), initially we asked Lisa for some Puppy education and she didn’t disappoint - she showed us so much (e.g settling her, lead & collar work, walking). As Pepper grew (shes now 2.5yrs) Lisa came back to educate us about some frustrations Pepper was having. Lisa is so knowledgeable, kind, warming and professional we are so thankful for her professional help, we have a happy Puppy and well behaved and Pawrents who are well behaved. Today, the 3rd of September 22, was only the second training Session we had with Lisa. We explained to Lisa on our first session, that we had made all the mistakes with our older Dog Ruby, but Lisa kept Ruby involved in the session too, all be with Treats, but Ruby was still made to feel important also. Literally, in less than a week, our new addition Thorn, a Jack Russell, is sitting, laying down, getting down, leaving things, all on command. It is amazing how quick he has learnt to do all this, and all because of Lisa and her total understanding of Dog Behavior. Lisa answered all questions and queries we put to her, but answered them in such ways that it made us look at things differently, and more from the Dog's perspective, it all made perfect sense. We are having a total of 8 weekly sessions, 1 every Saturday, it's a one on one too, which we find absolutely awesome because there no other Doggy distractions for Thorn, well only Ruby. Lisa, we can't thank, or rate you highly enough, you make so much sense whenever you talk, and you are really nice and funny too. I would happily recommend you to anyone that asks about Dog trainers, in our opinion, there simply can't be anyone better out there. Like I mentioned to you today, the one on one Training in our own home is the only way to go. Saturday 16th September. Another amazing Training Session with Lisa. Thorn is now walking to Heal without a Lead in our Garden. We took Thorn visiting this morning to our Granddaughters House to say Happy Birthday, Thorn Behaved himself so much it needed to be seen to be believed, to see 2 Rabbits was a first and they scared him. lol. I reached out to Lisa after having had my rescue for a year but still having issues with nervousness. I was feeling like a failure - I had never owned a dog before and I rescued a Romanian at 6m old with no history - I had recently gone through a breakup and was now the sole carer for my pup. I was stressed, exhausted and emotional. Lisa stepped in like a fairy godmother, from day 1. She assured me that my pup was not aggressive but merely lacking confidence (in herself and me). We had a very lengthy introductory session and discussed a recommended plan, tailored to mine and my pups needs. Lisa did not try to push this training plan on me and did not try to "sell" me more than I needed. However, I immediately signed up, already feeling at ease in her presence and expertise. And I have no regrets! Lisa was there for me, inbetween our sessions, when I needed her. She was incredible with my dog, and gave me so much information and knowledge that I still work with now (5months post sessions). My dog still has a way to go, but we have both come on leaps and bounds since Lisa's first visit with us. And more importantly, I feel more confident in how to keep my pup safe, supported and reassured. Lisa's training is supportive, encouraging and empathetic. I wouldn't be where I am today without her help

We asked Lisa to help us with Loki after he had major knee surgery and although was doing well at physio he was then messing it up at home with jumping up and using the sofas as a playground. He can also be reactive with other dogs due to his nervousness around his knee. Which caused me great anxiety. We noticed huge improvements after the initial consultation and decided to go ahead and book in sessions. Lisa was amazing with our son helping him to understand positive behaviour. Lisa also worked with us, in our home, working on behaviours which were specific to our needs. Dealing with any issue they came along. Unlike just learning commands at a puppy class. Lokis behaviour has vastly improved now after just 4 sessions. I am so much more confident and we have so much to thank Lisa for. We honestly can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done :)

Lisa was fantastic from the start. She listened to what our dog needed. When she first met Jess she was calm and made friends with her in the hall this really helped Jess’s anxiety. Lisa was calm throughout the session and Jess clearly accepted her straight away. Lisa made a plan and sent an email with everything we had discussed and what the next steps were. Lisa is extremely friendly, knows exactly what she is doing and was there for emotional support for us too. Thank you for everything. We will definitely recommend you.

Lisa was amazing and has worked absolute wonders with our puppy who started a training programme with her at 10 weeks. She’s flexible, supportive, a fantastic trainer and makes the sessions fun. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Cannot speak highly enough of Lisa, she is super friendly and absolutely amazing at what she does. Her love for dogs is apparent and it shows in her training methods. I sought out a trainer when I got my second dog and was suddenly faced with the reality I had bitten off more than I could chew and still had gaps in training with the first…and I am so glad I did. Lisa immediately put me at ease and has been a true godsend over the last weeks. She has taught me so much already, built my confidence and been at the end of the phone whenever I have needed her. If you are looking for someone to teach you how to train the perfect companion, and have fun whilst you are doing it then look no further…I cannot recommend her highly enough and am looking forward to continuing to work with her and my boys!

I can not recommend Lisa enough, not only is she a fantastic dog trainer, she also makes the whole experience a joy. Her shinning personality is differently a USP. Frank and Floyd (my dogs) have come on leaps and bounds since working with Lisa. Not only does this training programme improve the dogs, but also the owners. We have learnt so much! Lisa was amazing with my anxious, over stimulated Dachshund. She was so so knowledgeable that it made me at ease and confident in her training techniques. Always at the end of the phone if i needed any guidance or reassurance. After 4 weeks, i can now walk my dog, knowing i'm armed with the skills to deal with any anxious behaviour which has made walks with my dog much more enjoyable. One of the best trainers out there!
