Can definitely tell the employees here don't care at all about what they put us through. All MVC employees really need to think about how y'all treat people. Terrible and rude. I scheduled my appointment and they've had me here for an extra 2 hours past that waiting in lines and then they make me get in another line just to be told they can't help me!

The check-in officer was very kind. The identification officer was a bit sharp considering how confused I was. The photographer was very nice. All in all an okay experience.

Rude, eye rolling state workers. Not helpful. Failed to submit important paperwork and apply payments which were hand delivered to them which resulted in 4 abrupt letters from them stating that they did not receive the paperwork and payments. Incompetent. Go elsewhere.

Bad customer service. Obese lady with short curly hair got an attitude with me for no reason at ID check in for not having bank statement as proof of points but on the website it shows other forms would be valid.
