We arrived from Cancun at 200 am There were no lines it took us 30 min to go through the regular process

Clean. Organized. Really cool garden feature at ground level for UBER. Not too crowded. Posted signs on the road and inside are concise. Not like Orlando. Nightmare yo navigate a cat return. Need I say more

Clean washrooms, lots of good restaurants. Waiting area with wifi good seating, charging ports etc.. Updates announcements are loud and clear!

Went through security took my hat off and put in bin exactly as instructed but apparently you don’t need to they just have to ask. Also I don’t know how but ended up having a cut on my hand. Asked for a band aid, security working didn’t know anything about first aid or how to give a hand. Had to teach the security guy how to cut a band aid to fit properly as they didn’t have a stocked first aid kit. Not sure how the busiest airport in Canada doesn’t have a first aid kit stocked to deal with a cut? Also not sure how the manager of security at this airport didn’t know or have any first aid experience? He had me going through the first aid kit to find what I needed after I told him I didn’t want to because there was scissors inside and I didn’t want to touch them at an airport security in an International airport. Busiest in Canada, security with no knowledge of first aid at all….. how is that possible? All shops are perfect though. This is mostly for management.

Always busy. Departures effortless, arrivals crowded and confusing. Self declaration lines too long because directions are not the best.
