We hired Go Time to build out configurable payroll. We explained the scope of work prior to authorizing the proposal and paying. After months of waiting with little to no communication we were told that it couldn't be done. Now we can't get a refund for the money we paid. It'd be great if someone would get this resolved.

We’ve had Go-Time work with our team several times now, and every experience has been top-notch. From training our CSRs and managers to helping us with ServiceTitan and building out a tech program, they’ve supported us in so many valuable ways.
Most recently, we had Darryl out to train our install crews ahead of the summer rush, and he was fantastic. He really connected with our team, made the training practical and engaging, and gave us real-world tips we could put into action right away. I’ve been working HVAC for 4 months, I have been a helper on 1 single install. I came here for a week for the “best installer practice” week long class. I now feel so much more comfortable being able to install a full system. We covered electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical comprehension. i knew nothing about all of those coming into this week and now know a solid ammount and feel comfortable with an install. it’s GO TIME!
