I was very nervous about this endeavor and friends told me to do over phone but I’m so glad I went into their office. Brett made me feel comfortable with every question I had. The good news is that he’s not leaving me. I can call him anytime and he will assist. I did not meet Chip but I’ve watched their commercials and as a fellow golfer; trustworthy. Integrity.

As I was heading toward my 65th birthday, my mailboxes (email and snail mail) overflowed with solicitations for Medicare policies. Upon studying everything, one item stood out - a booklet titled “Medicare Breakdown - The Alphabet Soup of Medicare”, by The Medicare Specialists. It was very informative and easy to follow, so I scheduled an appointment to learn more. Brett Eure discussed the options available to me, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each, and prepared the applications once I made my decisions. Brett was very helpful. Before I called him I had no clue about what I needed. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. He also took control when another agency signed me up for something that I knew nothing about. It would have been a headache for me to accomplish. Very professional and friendly at the same time. They called me later just to make sure my info was mailed to me. Please call them if you have any questions concerning you medicare question.

After seeing all of the commercials for “Are you 64” and being bombarded with all of the related Medicare Plans and facing the Medicare Alphabet decisions, I contacted Brett and made my appointment. He explained the differences in simple terms to understand and compared the multiple options available and how they applied to my specific situation. We found the plan that we felt was best for me, filled out the application and had everything accomplished when I left his office. I am now enrolled and actively using my Medicare plan after a seamless transition. I would (and have) recommend Brett and the “Are You 64” Team to explain and assist with this Major Life Decision.

I highly recommend Chip and Nancy with Medicare Specialists. They treated me like family.We talked about our families almost as much as medicare When you feel that way about someone helping you to find the right Medicare policy you develope trust. That means so much to me. I contacted them two years ago when my husband was retiring from the railroad and I needed some advice about my medical policy. Our situation was unusual but Chip and Nancy looked into every part of it to get me the best medical care with my prexsisting condition. They care. That's hard to find these days. After the first year with me Nancy called and we switched to an even better policy. I can honestly say that I have recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do so. I smile when I see "Are you 64com" commercials. Its like seeing someone in my family.
