Rudy and the team at Good New Roofing helped us navigate the insurance process in able to get a claim issue solved in order to get a new roof installed after having some hail damage from a storm. The new shingles were installed quickly and the entire experience was very smooth. 10/10 would recommend good News Roofing.

This firm was recommended by our insurance agent due to their service history. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Brook and the Good News Roofing crew completed our hail damaged roof repair quickly, professionally, and reasonably. Brook, our Project Manager, walked us through the process off dealing with the insurance adjuster, the insurance company, and the entire repair. She was very patient and informative and was an outstanding resource throughout. The crew arrived on time, as promised, completed the repair quickly and professionally, and cleaned up the area completely. The final result was fantastic...we couldn't be happier. It was a real pleasure doing business with a company and people who share our values of hard work, professionalism, and integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can’t say enough about how nice it was to work with Good News roofing. My project manager Rudy took pictures of hail damage after my insurance company had completed their inspection and they submitted a supplemental report for additional repairs needed. The insurance inspector came out a few weeks later and approved almost everything extra. We had rotted soffits and he helped coordinate with another contractor to make sure the repairs were done before we got the new roof. At every turn he was easy to get in touch with and the office team at Good News was also very patient with all my questions. After the work was done he followed up with me and helped get minor problems resolved. You can really tell that Rudy cares about quality and Good News roofing is definitely a cut above the rest!

Great experience with Good News Roofing. Needed our metal roof replaced. Brooke is great to work with and kept us updated with all progress. The crew did the job in less than 2 days. All new metal roof and new decking. They cleaned up and you would never know they had been there. They also replaced my dads roof 2 months earlier with outstanding results. I highly recommend them.

It was perfect. Everyone was very professional and conscientious. They took care of details, small and large. The roof replacement was smooth and very thorough. The crew cleaned up every scrap of trash and the project manager was there to help out with that and very attentive and always very reachable. We had Rudy come to our house and do an inspection, he informed us of our situation and then walked us through every step. There were zero high pressure sales tactics used and nothing but great and friendly conversation. When it came time to have our roof replaced all of our gear and workers were punctual and efficient.
