Katia was a wonderful support through my L&D. She was available for us through an unexpected long labor period, constantly providing support, encouragement, and relief through the contractions. She was attentive to my needs, and able to discern what I needed the most in every minute of my labor. When I needed to make a decision on whether I needed an epidural or not, she was able to provide me all the information I required in order to have an optimal delivery. I’m truly glad she was there by my side, and wouldn’t have had it any other way.

5 Stars — An Absolute Blessing for Our Family
If you are looking for a birth doula who will show up for you — truly show up — look no further. From the moment she became part of our journey, she made an incredible difference in our lives, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
First and foremost, her reliability is unmatched. Not a single cancellation, and she has a strong network of doulas to ensure you are always covered. In those early, unpredictable weeks with a newborn, knowing she would be there gave us enormous peace of mind.
One of the greatest gifts she gave us was sleep. She handled our son independently through the night — bathing him, feeding him, and managing his spit-up with complete calm and confidence. Watching her work, you could see immediately that this was someone who had done this a thousand times. We finally got the rest we desperately needed, and that alone was life-changing.
But what moved me most was how she cared for me. Every single time she walked through our door, she asked how I was doing. Those simple words meant the world to me when I was still physically recovering and emotionally raw. She reassured me that everything would be okay — and while they may have been words, they came from someone with deep experience and genuine warmth. It made all the difference.
She also took so much off our plate practically — sanitizing bottles, cleaning up, keeping everything organized — things that feel small in the abstract but feel enormous when you are exhausted and overwhelmed.
Her support extended well beyond our home. She connected us with a wonderful postnatal massage specialist and a lactation consultant — both of whom turned out to be absolutely fantastic. It was clear she had built these relationships carefully over the years, and we benefited enormously from her trusted network. She also took the time to share practical tips on increasing milk supply, which made a real difference during those early weeks of breastfeeding.
As the weeks went on and we found our footing, we gradually reduced her visits — but she never truly left our lives. Even now, whenever my husband and I need a breather or want to steal a few hours for a date night, she is our first call. We hand over our baby and step out with complete peace of mind, knowing he is in the most capable and caring hands. That kind of trust is not easy to earn — and she has earned it completely.
She is skilled, compassionate, dependable, and kind. Our family is so grateful for her. 🙏

I had an incredibly positive and empowering experience with Katie as my doula, and I cannot recommend her enough. This was my first pregnancy, and Katie supported me from my third trimester through delivery and even with a postpartum session. From the very beginning, she was extremely knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring, which made a huge difference for both me and my husband.
I wanted to have a natural birth without an epidural or any pain medication, and Katie guided me every step of the way. During labor, she stayed with me throughout, helping me breathe through the pain, offering constant encouragement, and keeping me grounded and confident. Because of her support, I was able to deliver a healthy baby boy naturally, without any pain medications. I was against epidural from the beginning.
Katie also took the time to educate us thoroughly during pregnancy and labor, explaining what to expect and how to cope physically and mentally. Her presence made the entire birthing experience feel smooth, supported, and empowering rather than overwhelming or scary.
I am deeply grateful for Katie and the care she provided. She played a huge role in making my birthing experience such a beautiful and positive one. I had the most wonderful experience with Katia as my postpartum doula. As a first-time mom, I was nervous about hiring a doula, but Katia quickly earned my trust with her warmth, professionalism, and deep love for babies. She supported us with both daytime (about 5 hours) and overnight (10pm–8am) care, always showing up on time, washing her hands before touching the baby, taking such attentive care with every little detail—feeding, diaper changes, bottle washing, baby laundry, and so much more. She sings, talks, and interacts with babies in a way that’s full of genuine joy and connection. My baby absolutely adores her—he lights up and smiles whenever she’s around.
