I had an incredibly positive and empowering experience with Katie as my doula, and I cannot recommend her enough. This was my first pregnancy, and Katie supported me from my third trimester through delivery and even with a postpartum session. From the very beginning, she was extremely knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring, which made a huge difference for both me and my husband. I wanted to have a natural birth without an epidural or any pain medication, and Katie guided me every step of the way. During labor, she stayed with me throughout, helping me breathe through the pain, offering constant encouragement, and keeping me grounded and confident. Because of her support, I was able to deliver a healthy baby boy naturally, without any pain medications. I was against epidural from the beginning. Katie also took the time to educate us thoroughly during pregnancy and labor, explaining what to expect and how to cope physically and mentally. Her presence made the entire birthing experience feel smooth, supported, and empowering rather than overwhelming or scary. I am deeply grateful for Katie and the care she provided. She played a huge role in making my birthing experience such a beautiful and positive one. I would absolutely choose her again for any future pregnancies and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated doula for a smooth and supported delivery experience. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for having chosen this amazing team of doulas to help me through my journey as a first time mom. Being that I have anxiety, Katia and Thais were always there to support me emotionally. They’d answer all my questions and doubts. I had the worst delivery imaginable in terms of complications and Katia together with Thais never left my side. They were also a support system for my husband as well. I highly recommend them to all mothers to be out there. They are bilingual (Portuguese & English) which is also a plus! I am forever grateful for their help through this journey.

Our family has been so blessed to have Katia’s overnight postpartum support in our transition from a family of 3 to 4 in the last two months. I was nervous about our rotation of doulas coming in to take care of my newborn, but on the very first day, Katia’s peaceful spirit, wisdom, and professionalism set the tone and she came to care for each person in our family with so much gentleness and love. Having raised her own and many others, she comes with so much experience and her intuition has always been so insightful in taking care of our baby. I had the most wonderful experience with Katia as my postpartum doula. As a first-time mom, I was nervous about hiring a doula, but Katia quickly earned my trust with her warmth, professionalism, and deep love for babies. She supported us with both daytime (about 5 hours) and overnight (10pm–8am) care, always showing up on time, washing her hands before touching the baby, taking such attentive care with every little detail—feeding, diaper changes, bottle washing, baby laundry, and so much more. She sings, talks, and interacts with babies in a way that’s full of genuine joy and connection. My baby absolutely adores her—he lights up and smiles whenever she’s around. She also went above and beyond—helping with household tasks, remembering my preferences, and always responding with flexibility and kindness. Katia brought not just skill, but heart. Both my husband and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side.

Katia provided my wife with the best postpartum support we could've asked for. We had very little family close by to help us and she filled that gap in very well, both practically and emotionally. She was clearly very experienced; her lactation support made a big difference for my wife and daughter in their precious journey. We will recommend her to anyone needing this support and will be blessed if we can have her support again if we have any more kids!
