Tim pays to have honest negative reviews on google removed. Mine being one of them. Absolutely horrific experience, dishonest with zero morals. Beware that the google reviews are misleading.

Jean Guy is by far the best broker we have ever dealt with. He’s an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable individual, aiming to please with expertise. Jean Guy managed a nightmare deal that seemed like it was never going to close, with ease and professionalism, like we’ve never before seen. If it wasn’t for him, we would have lost hope and abandoned long before the deal would have concluded. Anybody that has the privilege to deal with Jean Guy is lucky to benefit from such an experienced broker, who knows how to get a deal done.
