Adam very quickly responded to my emergency call and found the fault in no time at all, temporarily repaired making me able to use heating and hot water whilst he ordered necessary part which was fitted the following day. Was made fully aware of call out cost and cost to repair prior to visits. Highly recommend and will be using in future.

After our boiler unexpectedly stopped working, Gasworks (Bernard) came out the same day to assess it for us. He provided us with a very competitive quite that night, then came back 2 days later to install our new boiler. He worked late into the evening as he "couldn't leave us without heating over Christmas". He did a fantastic job and left everything exactly as he found it. Bernard was extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond just a couple of days before Christmas. We would highly recommend Gasworks to anyone!

Great work from Adam, would highly recommend! We needed a part replaced for an old boiler, another company said it was too small a job for the trouble and only offered to replace the boiler in full. Called Adam on the Monday, he came out and assessed on the Tuesday, ordered the part and had it installed by Thursday afternoon. Thanks Adam!
