Brian does not honour call-backs and follow-ups he promises. Its a good thing I learnt this early (in the quotation stage), as this is a good indicator of the level of service to expect when a job is actually being done. I would not recommend or use this company based on this.

I am beyond pleased with the way my windows turned out, will definitely utilize Froston Decor’s services again. The team was very professional, cleaned up even though I said they didn’t have to and they came timely. I am beyond impressed & the prices are quite reasonable. I’m embarrassed to say that it was a last minute thing but they gladly assisted & I even added more windows.
