Our pups have been going to this office for years and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Compassionate and caring and always reassuring - especially to folks like me who think of their four-leggeds as “babies” too! Most recently had an emergency, and despite being already overrun with appointments, they somehow managed to squeeze her in and quickly assessed and treated her. Here’s Yeti waiting on Dr H to come and see her! Also - can’t speak highly enough about those gals up front who keep the office humming! Thanks for all you do from Yeti and Yogi’s very grateful parents!!

Had a great experience, all staff was very friendly, answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. This facility in an old house so it was really comfortable. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the care and compassion my furbabies have received. They seem almost like family. Dr. Jordan can’t be beat and I wouldn’t consider any other vet if given a choice. Unfortunately as with all vets, they’re very busy and hard to get in to see and last October my pet had a medical emergency which they referred me to the emergency vet on Stop 11 Road because they couldn’t get her in.

Everyone at Franklin Animal Clinic was wonderful in treating my dog. Was able to get right in at the urgent care center for a scope. Thank you for your kindness.

Not only was Queen treated very well, I was helped in the parking lot when she got out of her harness very close to the road. I appreciate all of you, and after many years I will continue to bring my pets.

Amazing place to take your pets. I had a scheduled visit that somehow got messed up in their system. Instead of sending me home or rescheduling, they fit me into their busy schedule, and my cats were able to be seen
They were super nice and handled my cats with the same care i would. Thanks again for doing getting us taken care of!

I bring Levi my Mom cat in every 4 weeks for his claws clipping, when 1st started bringing Levi in he was not a happy or willing subject but over time they have worked with him and he is doing much better when he getting his claws clipped. Levi is my Mom’s Little Black Panther all 17lbs.
