James has carried out the most incredible job of taking our old, battered, yellow American Oak floor, and transformed it into the most beautiful, refurbished, brand new looking, elegant walnut floor. We are absolutely delighted with it. It really has transformed our lounge and home. James is an absolute perfectionist and immaculately clean and tidy. He's a very personable chap and very easy to have in your home too. Our neighbours have all admired the floor, so much so, two have now booked his craftsmanship too!

James did an excellent job sanding our beechwood floors. He matched the floor colours perfectly and all done with a smile

James did a great job refurbishing our floors whilst we were away. Got him coming back soon to do other parts of the property.

We had a dinning room floor that had been previously stripped 30 years ago but was now in need of restoration. James came & provided a quote & advice on how best to proceed. He kept us updated with lead times and the job was completed in two days. After the first day we were still unsure of the finish we wanted, so James stained four boards with different options to let us decide over night. He was clean, tidy and always willing to advise.

James did a fantastic job refinishing an engineered wood floor in our house that was showing signs of historic water damage. Looking at the finish you'd never know it had previously been damaged. James is a thoroughly likable chap, very good at what he does and left everything spotlessly clean and tidy. He was even happy to help move a particularly heavy piece of furniture that my wife was unable to assist with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James to anyone looking to have work done on their floors.

We are in the process of renovating our hall and stairs. Over Two days James has made a fabulous job of sanding, filling the odd blemish and re-varnishing the hall floor. A pleasure to have in our house: courteous, reliable and very good at his job.

It was a pleasure having James in the house to sand and varnish our oak flooring which was badly in need of renovation. He was very conscientious and professional in his work.We were amazed that there was virtually no dust in the atmosphere during the process! We are really delighted with the result and would highly recommend James.

By far the best decision we made was to get this floor restored, once we discovered it. We asked around for recommendations which led us to James. We never expected it to come out as well as it did. Wow 🤩 - five star service - five star result. Jay arrived he was polite , professional and got the results we asked for. Our wooden floor had turned discoloured and shabby after years of children , dogs and living. When he finished it was like new again. Very pleased and would highly recommended.

Had a big job upstairs and downstairs on boards that were in pretty bad shape — very pleased with the work done, and was happy to come back afterwards for some minor snagging at the end. Had great communication throughout whilst we were away. Both floors looks great. Thanks again!

We are absolutely overjoyed with transformation of our floors. James is an incredible craftsman, he has repaired and restored a very tired floor to one of beauty. Throughout the process we have been able to ask advice and questions to which James has been so patient and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend 4 Seasons flooring highly enough.

James did a fabulous job on 200 year old pine boards that were in a dreadful state, and now look magnificent. Wonderful job and would recommend his work to everyone!
