Claudette is very helpful and she was able to put the deco lights outside as requested. Only slight issues were the contract (but her team was good in rectifying it) and that not all the lights were able to reach the top of my house as they didn’t plan/predict requirement for scaffolding. Reasonable prices so would recommend all in all.

At the time, we didn’t have a ladder tall enough to judge the exact height needed, which affected our ability to plan for scaffolding – but it’s something we’ve definitely taken on board for future setups.

The session was well-planned, educational, and helped students create a beautiful product for their loved one. Claudette produces the most beautiful balloon arch for our charity event, she included our logo and charity colours perfectly. We were also able to hire some numbered lights that added a really nice touch to the set up. Everyone commented on how great the decor looked. On 23 August 20204 my wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with a banquet at Tottenham Town Hall in London. This was a very special day and we wanted to ensure that the decoration and presentation of the venue reflected the importance of the occasion. To ensure this we chose Florals of Splendour to decorate the venue, the tables, and provide and assist with securing catering utensils. From the outset the attention to detail was first class. Claudette Jones, the owner of the business, first provided me with a number of options for the service that could be provided on the day and then attended the venue with me so she could personally understand my vision for the day. She followed this up with a number of telephone meeting and emails in which she ensured that every detail of my requirement for the day was understood including colour scheme, choice of table decorations, welcome stand and most importantly the display at the head table where my wife and I were seated. On the actual day we were blown away when we arrived at the venue. From the red carpet to the immaculately dressed tables, everything was as we had envisaged. It was an amazing day, and this in , no small part, was due to florals of splendour. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs that extra service for any special occasion. Florals of splendour were fabulous! The bouquets (brides plus 5 bridesmaids) were incredible, everyone said they looked so real! The venue dressing was just what I asked for and the team moved items from ceremony room to wedding breakfast room for us. Claudette was accommodating and would add things on / change things every time I asked in the lead up to the wedding. She worked in our specified budget and provided mood board type photos so you could confirm what you wanted. We found the price was reasonable compared to other vendors.
